I purchased the new meat and 3 treat deal for $7.99 and it was DELICIOUS! I purchased the chicken sandwich(you can chose the roast beef as well) it came with 2 mozzarella sticks, peach cobbler roll(absolutely yummy) I chose crinkle cut fries and small drink. I have NO complaints! Give it a try..

We ordered 2 sandwiches, a large lemonade, and a large fry, HOT & SALTED. Lori asked if we wanted the fries salted or not. We said yes. The fries were warm and NOT salted. We politely beep the horn for Lori to get salted. We told her the fries had no salt. She told us that they did. We told that we both tasted the saltless fries. She told us that they were lightly salted. The beef & cheddar sandwiches were so sloppy, that we had to take them apart to eat them. We’re done with Arby’s. I don’t understand why hot & salted fries are so hard to produce.

I’ve been an Arby’s fan since the 80’s and never disappointed. Got the steak bites for the first time and was disappointed. So bland and no seasoning and didn’t even taste like steak. The store was great as always so nothing against them. My beef and cheddar was spot on as always!

Order Beef Gyro with no onions or lettuce and it’s all in my sandwich. I ordered buttered baked potato and I received a cheese and sour cream potato. Spoke to manager who was unapologetic and unconcerned to offer a replacement. Worst customer service ever!

I can tell what food was sitting out in a bag waiting for other food to be made. Curly fries and a couple other sandwiches were cold while the rest was hot. This is a pic of their new prime rib sandwich. Cold as well and looks nothing like the picture. This is the worst Arby’s in Richmond. They screw up orders on a regular basis and the food is always sloppily prepared.
