My kids went to get some water and they were denied because they didn’t have their own cups, but were told they could buy a cup. How are other customer’s able to get their drinks? Do they have to pay a $0.28 charge for the cup as well on top of the carge for their drink? Cause my kids had to…They’re kids. Just give them a cup. Probably a multi-billion dollar company and they can’t give cups away with free water.

I have had a lot of different Starbucks as my home base throughout my 25 years of drinking coffee, this one takes the cake!! Everyone always greets me and says bye with a positive attitude. The manager is always around and working as hard as the entire team. But besides the most delicious coffee, the customer service is absolutely superior to any other store.

Sorry to say I just stood and waited nearly 5 minutes as the older woman working at the Starbucks was talking about doing laundry or something to that effect with another woman.
Instead of helping the customers in line.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady taking our order. She was rude and very short with her answers to our questions. Management needs to do a serious evaluation of some of the people working here.
