Horrible service from the guy making the pink drinks at the counter, the register guy was okay but we specifically asked for light ice and that got blatantly ignored and the guy was rude giving us our drinks half the cup was full of ice. 2 pink drinks ordered one full of ice the other not even filled all the way. I’m disappointed because the other workers are friendly and do it right. Do better

The drinks were good but the lady working in the drive through was very rude. I said can I please get a straw for the cold drink she made a face before getting me one.
People have their bad days and I understand to a certain extent, but it’s sad that she doesn’t realize that she is the face of the company to her customers and need to be kind.

I spend $150 a month at Starbucks and still can’t get a basic drink right. I tell them exactly how I want it—extra ice, extra creamer, multiple drinks for me and my friends—and it still comes out wrong. Coffee on the bottom, creamer separated, cold foam on top. Online orders are just as bad.
I get rude looks, attitude, and overhear baristas talking about me. We clean up, tip generously, and stay polite, yet I’m treated like a problem. Spending this much and being treated like this is humiliating and completely unacceptable.

I went there yesterday I went and ordered 3 drinks. The guy who took my order was so rude while taking my order. You could tell that he was annoyed that’s he had to take my order. He then proceeded to yell at the other employees because everything at the drive through was backed up. You could tell the other employees were fed up the way he was talking to them. I’m sorry it’s your job to take drinks. And if he is the manager you guys need to do better. That is no way to talk to your employees especially in front of customers. Will definitely not ever go back to that location again.

I went in ordered my drink. They made it and put it on the counter. Let it sit there for 20 minutes. Served 16 other people. Then they gave it to me after I asked multiple times for my drinks that were made and ready. Just sitting behind the counter where I could not reach

We have been coming here for years and daily since it’s our neighborhood starbucks.
The customer service has plummeted all the way down – as low as it gets over the last year! To the point now, you get your food in pieces and often incomplete.
I cant say for certain if this was done maliciously or intentionally, but the person working the drive-thru is incredibly rude and gets triggered when you ask for a stopper, bag or napkins. That was the case today, we asked for a stopper , got a major attitude for it and then noticed when we got home, bagel looks like this. (see picture)
Whether he crumbled it in his hand or they bake and serve it like this. Service is absolutely terrible!! Unbelievable!

Honestly, the staff here are great. They are friendly, kind and always smiling. One of the best teams I have seen at any Starbucks. The problem with this location is that it is always ice cold inside. There is no such thing as sitting inside comfortably and enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Everybody is bundled up in their winter jackets because it is probably around 60 degrees inside. Love your employees but, please, turn on the heat!
