Never had an issue with this place before. Ordered online for pickup, and was ready 10 minutes before the estimated time. I can see why. I got 1 pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was obviously overcooked. Burnt cheese, toppings mounded in the center, sad thin wimpy crust (Ordered regular crust). Went in to complain and the poor kid at the counter seemed like he had no idea what to do. I asked for a refund on the pizza and he offered “we can remake the pizza but the crust comes out like this every time”. False, this is not my first time ordering little ceasars. I’ve never received such sad crust. I was polite but wanted the issue fixed, yet no manager came to speak to me, no one tried to resolve the issue, and I was told they couldn’t do a partial refund for the pizza because it “wasn’t working right now”. Absolutely horrible customer service. No problem, ill take my business to one of the other 15 pizza places in town instead of wasting $20 on a poorly made pizza. Dominoes is quick to take blame for an order error and goes above and beyond to fix it.
** update ** The crazy bread is its perfect usual self, but the whole pizza even tastes awful. The crust is very cardboard-like. Disappointing

So i go here on a regular basis more then id honestly like to admit but ever since the new owners came in the store its really gonna to shit. You call in place the order and your lucky to get what you ordered. I suppose that is in part bc nobody really speaks English and their phone is busted. Ive called corporate several times about this and still nothing has been changed. I mean i dont mind getting the free pizzas bc they constantly mess them up. But when you order a pepperoni pretzel crust and say no salt and then go pick it up and theres no cheese bc they thought you said sauce is alittle frustrating. Then to have them remake it and instead of a pretzel crust they give you a regular pepperoni. I have spent a total of an hour and twenty minutes there for one pizza. This place used to be amazing. Great prices and great service now not so much.

Is this place under new ownership? Used to be able to use the drive-through, now it is closed “temporarily” with cones that are never moved so that the drive-through isn’t usable. Used to take no more than 10 minutes to get something, from ordering something completely fresh to walking out the door (or pulling away from the window). Even as recently as last summer, the staff here were, well, just kids if we are being fair. Not great employees, but we all start somewhere.
Now, there are just two adult men who work here. They keep the drive-through closed, they keep very little “hot and ready,” and instead make most orders one at a time.
One man just works in the kitchen, making orders as they come in. The other man bounces back and forth from register to kitchen. No gloves, no washing hands between handling money and handling raw or cooked food.
An alarm has also been installed so that they don’t have to watch the lobby door. Every time it opens, the robotic female voice says “front. door. open.”. It’s just one more measure to make it ‘easier’ to operate the business with fewer staff. It’s also got to be annoying if you are one of the two guys who is working the place.

It seems like a new owner has purchased the local franchise and is trying to make as much money as is possible, by having no hired help besides himself and his family member.
Good luck, my dude.

Well this was a great place to grab a quick pizza and be on your way. It has a drive thru which made it very convenient for people on the go and for people like elders or someone that is hurt and can barely walk.
Well now all that has changed. I have gone about 4-5 times and it looks like they fired the old crew and a new one came in. Because these guys are slow and don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
They never have hot and ready pizza and other things during their peak hours like Little Cesars is known for.
Plus they have shut down the drive thru.
I even have friends that are Door Dashers that tell me that they don’t take orders from that store because nothing is never ready and they have to wait for 20-30 minutes for a delivery order. And that’s a no no.
Who ever is managing or have bought this franchise store. Needs to return it back.
I will not be returning to this store again. Just like my family and friends have told me that they will not return.
It’s very sad!!!
Please don’t waste your time going to this store.
Giving it 1 star because it doesn’t allow me to give it 0 stars or negative 5 stars.

I usually come here on a regular basis for the lunch combo. The lady working the register today (3/28/25) somehow messed up the card reader. At first it did not prompt me to pay then when she finally had it go through I paid. The reader then prompted me to pay again. I showed the lady that I already paid as it was charged on my card and she refused to honor that I already paid. Now I have to wait on customer support to get this charge cancelled.

This place needs shut down for lack of food safety. They have mold inside. The employees don’t wash hands before making your pizza.. with their bare hands. They have their personal food and drinks in the kitchen. Everywhere you look is a food safety violation. Not to mention the lack of management and order with the employees who seem to do whatever they want. The owner himself Blake also makes pizza without washing his hands and allows his store to be run without order and without respect for the community he is serving. Any decent human who is responsible, respectable and mature would put food safety first and understand without it your business in the end will fall apart. I get Little Caesars is a cheaper pizza but that doesn’t mean that the quality and safety should be thrown out the window.

I love Little Caesars because the food is outstanding. There aren’t many pizzerias that you can walk in, order pizzas and walk out,in a matter of minutes with a quality product. You won’t pay an arm and a leg either. I could just tell that the management cares about their customers, their quality their pricing, and talk about clean, this place was spotless, and the employees were busy as bees. There were three or four people in front of me so I figured I’d be waiting. It couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes and I was in my car on my way home. The reason I can make these statements are I have been there at least 10 times and the consistency is always the same, top quality five star Pizzeria. Check them out

I don’t know when it happened, but Little Caesars has somehow overtaken Papa John’s, Domino’s, and any other pizza chain in the area. It’s a hole in the wall with no dining in, so the atmosphere is not important. The service was a bit lackluster, however their extramostbestest pizzas are shockingly good, and the pretzel crust is addicting as well! Plus, you cannot beat the price.

The sign on the door says that they open at 11 am. However at 11:30 2 employees are inside pressing pizzas and refussing to answer the door. If you aren’t opening for whatever reason, a sign on the door is the least you could do. I did try stopping back at 12:20 after I was done at Lowe’s, but again, I was ignored when I knocked on the door. I also called each time I arrived but they let the phone ring till it hung up.
In conclusion, if you’re in the area for some mediocre pizza, then swing by and see if they are open; but I wouldn’t go out of my way.
