If you could go to only one fast food restaurant in Michigan City this is the place. One of the oldest Arby restaurants in the world so they must know what they are doing, I have been going here since I was a kid. The food is tasty and prepared well, the staff was helpful, the store is clean and spacious. Bonus for truck drivers, acres of free parking next door.

I typically swing through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order, and always receive quick, speedy, and accurate service. The employees have always been friendly, and since I order in advance, there is next to no wait. If you’re an Arby’s fan like me, definitely a great location!

Anyway, came in on 3-4-26 at 2:41 PM to eat two beef sandwiches. Everyone in there are polite, always seems like there all bunch of friends chatting. The food was good like always. I even noticed the cute the dark hair chick was doing toward me..Shes adorable.
I’ve been looking for part time job so let me know if this store is hiring on Hyw 20 in Michigan City.
Alexis Arthur was very nice working the counter tonight. I almost gave up on going inside to order since when I went in the past 2 times to pick up DoorDash orders after I walked in the 2 girls up front never said one word to welcome a person, didn’t even ask what I wanted which I suppose when I came in looking at my phone they figured I was picking up a dash order. It got put in the bag and she handed it toward me on the counter and still never said one word nor even making eye contact at all and they went back talking with each other..
I’m glad they hired someone that wanted to work with customers. So thank you Alexis for picking up there slack.

Food was great and I actually went back to get more dessert pies! Service was quick, efficient and pleasant. Restaurant, including bathroom, was very clean. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

I go to Arby’s 2 to 3 days a week for the last six years in Michigan city , IN. At about 1220 on Wednesday, 11 September. I did my normal order and I had my dog with me and I asked if I could have a pub cup. The normal staff has done this for me three times in the last year, even though I go to the restaurant 2 to 3 times a week in the last year. Today they have a manager there that said absolutely not. I will never come back again. So your rude attitude today costed 100 visits for me in the next year. Have a good day.

Just visited Arby’s after a long time, and it was like reuniting with an old friend! The curly fries were just as crispy and flavorful as I remembered, and the Jamocha shake hit the spot—creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. It’s great to see that Arby’s still delivers on quality and taste. Definitely won’t be waiting so long for my next visit!

Arby’s really surprised me with this one. Had no idea how big this gyro was. (I bought 2 of them for $6 thinking that I’ll need another one to be full) The bag was so heavy, I thought I had someone else’s order . Took one bite and couldn’t even wait until I got home to finish it, it exceeded my expectations! Good job Arby’s.
