Food was great along with the service. Fresh, hot and very tasty. Will return to eat again. I was very pleased with all around service. Food parking was a little tight but that’s understandable for a place that’s high grade like that

Was excited to attend my very 1st Veteran’s Day lunch. I am a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse. Unfortunately, today was not a good day for Texas Roadhouse. My wife and I went to the one off of Coors Rd NW in Albuquerque NM. We had been there numerous times before and the food was excellent. Today, Veteran’s Day, of all day the atmosphere was great, the service was great, but the food was horrible. The salad that I ordered with my meal was gross, limp, and the lettuce was turning brown. I notified the waitress after a few bites that the salad wasn’t that good. She apologized, but that was it. Then the meal came. My free Veteran’s Day meal. Not what I expected. It probably would have been better for me to order off menu instead of taking the free meal. The meal was less than appetizing to say the least. I received a 6oz sirloin and literally a hand full of fries, if that. That was the meal. My wife got a chicken salad and ended up getting sick. Not sure if it was the chicken or the lettuce or both. Who knows? Im just very disappointed with the whole visit. You let me down Texas Roadhouse.

Restaurant was way too loud and busy for my taste, the waitress was incredibly friendly and sweet. However I got believe it’s called the blooming onion. You know what I am talking about right? The one that’s an onion that’s deep fried and looks like a flower. I did not like dipping sauce. Then within a couple hours of eating it I ended up pretty sick. I don’t know if it was food poisoning or maybe I’m just not used to whatever they fry it in? Either way my experience was not that great. The onion thing got pretty cold pretty quickly almost like they just warmed it up and didn’t make it fresh? Which is strange considering the time it took to get to the table. I don’t know if you’ve ever had one of those things but they are only good when hot when they’re cold they leave a weird taste/film in your mouth. Hopefully it was just an off day for them and the food doesn’t make people sick often. With that said the service from the wait staff was incredible. They were very attentive kind and patient. Can’t say I would go back though and if I do because my family wants to go there probably won’t eat or drink anything. That sounds a lot considering it’s a restaurant!

Adrian in the pick up window was great!! She was super nice not just to me but to everyone picking up! It was super busy and packed but her energy and attention to details made the line moves fast, gave a happy experience and felt like a good night picking up my food. The food was fresh, everything tasted good and was worth eating out tonight!

This Texas Roadhouse on Coors Bypass in Albuquerque, NM is by far the worst location we have ever visited.
Monet, our server, was the worst server we’ve ever dealt with. There were five of us dining in, and she got every single one of our orders wrong. Not one meal came out correctly. She didn’t refill our drinks, didn’t listen when we ordered, and even tried to charge us for a half slab of ribs instead of the kids’ ribs meal we ordered for our child.
This was not just poorly handled it was a horrible experience from start to finish.
After everything continued going wrong, she did send the manager over when we asked. Esperanza the manager then came to the table.
I am a server myself, and this level of service is unacceptable. There was no attentiveness, no accuracy, and no accountability.
The music was blasting the entire time. It is intentional and part of the environment to create faster table turnover. But this is not fast food. When the music is so loud that servers can’t comfortably talk or even hear properly, it turns what should be an enjoyable dining experience into a stressful one. It affects the guests, and it affects the servers because they literally can’t hear clearly due to how loud the music is. That directly impacts communication, order accuracy, and the overall quality of service.
We will never return to this location. And no, we are not interested in being contacted to “make it right.” The real solution is better training, higher service standards, hiring servers that know what they’re doing, and creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.
I would not recommend this location.

I am not happy with this I just got home after ordering to go on the app and went to eat my food and come to find out I have hand cleaner wipes soaked along inside my food. Disgusting and I tried to call the restaurant and said wait for a manager and was hung up on. Spent over forty dollars for a meal only to be thrown out. Thank goodness I didn’t eat my food and could have gotten sick from the hand wipes shamed in my food. I’m a lineman too and after getting home and taking a shower and getting ready to eat after all that only to see this and worming outside all day. It ruined my day. This food going in the trash. Why put hand cleaners inside the food containers with the food only to get soaked with the food?

So this is my second time here my first experience isn’t at this location but 2 times now at Texas Roadhouse. As a matter of fact I’m sitting in the restaurant right now and finishing my meal. I’m so impressed I had to stop and praise them and my server Shanna! I’m having Country fried sirloin steak and Loaded Mac and cheese. My lady having the country fried chicken. I’m gonna stop so I can finish eating but definitely recommend this location!

We went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my daughter Jessie’s 18th birthday, and it was such a great experience. Our waitress, Heli, was amazing from start to finish. She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time we were there. She kept checking in on us, made sure drinks stayed full, and really helped make Jessie feel special on her big day. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Heli again!

Delicious place, love how it works here!! My favorite place when I want the 16oz sirloin!! And the rolls… amazing… yummy… pure deliciousness!!! Makes me full though but the leftovers are never bad when I have them later at night lol! Also for two people it’s not bad for what you get. 60 bucks gives you a great time here for two!!
