i ordered on doordash today, and unfortunately my sandwhich was switched with another sandwich. i called to let them know my sandwich wasn’t the right one and they apologized immediately, asked if i can pick up the sandwich if they remade it, and gave me a refund as well! i’m not sure who i spoke to but thank you, thank you!!

Made my sandwich but didn’t tell me half the condiments they didn’t have, then the fountain drink machine was out but I paid for a large fountain drink and the girl told me just grab a bottle. One of the worst managers are probably at the subway
