We waited approx 20mins after arriving at the location on a Sunday brunch time. Our server was absolutely entertaining! He took care of us really well. We ordered lots of delicious food. Ambience was great and food was fabulous – I took my MIL for brunch for the first time and she absolutely loved it!!

UPDATE:
Following up on my previous review. Unfortunately food quality (flavor and portions) have tanked, service has drastically changed. Getting a server to assist takes 3X as long. Restaurant is under new ownership and everything has changed for the worse so sad, this has happened as the saying goes “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”
If things don’t change it will no longer be our to go place.
——Month ago Review: Our family has been having breakfast now for over a year at this restauran. The quality, portions and flavors are amazing based on the servings the price is just right. Love the service, the servers are always happy to help and are attentive these days you lack quality service on so many restaurants. The ambience pleasing and not too loud you were you can still have a nice conversation. My wife and kids will continue coming here. We definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants great food.

Very delicious and excellent service and the quality of food and presentation was also excellent. The waitress Maria was excellent and they also clean up the tables fast. They have a big menu with many options to choose from. I hope to return again in the future. Very friendly service and excellent food. I have been here in the past and its still delicious.

I didn’t use the bathroom but everything seemed clean. This is a more distinct review because it could be a level up compared to other places. We were seated immediately and all the wait staff were pleasant. We waited a longer than expected and we had to seek out service. The food came out in a reasonable time. I think there is an opportunity for better staff training. Food was served across the table instead of directly to the person or handed over to be passed down the table. Small things like how service is performed are simple skills that are easily learned and make the difference between ok and great. The architecture made the place loud and hard to have conversations. The menu opinions were wonderful and the food was prepared perfectly and obviously by cooks who love food! Thank you.

Just had a birthday breakfast here. I had the Olympic Scrambler without salmon and it really didn’t look appetizing but it was decent. It tastes so much better with the salmon lox. Pancakes were decent. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and didn’t like it at all. Chicken tasted like it was frozen meat and not fresh. Grits had no flavor and tasted like water. Replaced that meal for the club and it was a lot better. They brought out a plate of birthday pancakes which was sweet and something special that was appreciated. The rest of the food was decent and I would also say average. Nothing blew my mind here. Service was decent and they were accommodating. I wouldn’t be in a rush to come back but I would be willing to give it a 2nd try.

Cracked & Crepe absolutely deserves five stars! From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. The food was outstanding — every plate was beautifully presented and full of fresh flavor. The crepes were perfectly thin and delicate, filled generously, and the breakfast dishes were cooked to perfection. You can really tell they care about quality and details here. Service was fast, the coffee was great, and the prices felt totally worth it for what you get. Cracked & Crepe has become one of my new favorite spots — highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The crepe was absolutely the best of the best — light, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I also tried the Meat Lover’s Omelet, which was hearty, well-seasoned, and packed with delicious ingredients. The presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh.
The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great food and great vibes!
