Please see my photos. It’s hard to tell in the photos of my ham steak but my plate isn’t a plate, its a platter! My ham was 1/2 inch thick and absolutely huge! It made my mashed potatoes look dinky and I got a lot of potatoes. My wife had the fish special of the day and she was happy with everything. After putting most of our meals in a to go box we were back at it with some homemade desserts. My wife had the butterscotch pie. It looked delicious and I had the blackberry raspberry cobbler & it was also very delicious. You should have seen the look on my face when they sat my ham steak down in front of me, I was shocked!

Great place to stop driving through Rushville. Clean, friendly staff and excellent food. Would stop again and may even considering altering my path to be able to stop here. Kids meals were big and inexpensive but very tasty (pictured)

This food was sooo delicious, and has been every time I’ve visited. Every dish is made from scratch, and the serving sizes are generous. This is like having a family member who loves you cooking for you, dishes like swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy and collard greens, or salmon patties, cheesy potatoes, and green beans with bacon. The table behind me ordered a tenderloin sandwich, and it was massive! They have a wall of pies to choose from as well. I always look forward to eating there!

Comfy Small town restaurant with great customer service.. j ordered this yummy chicken salad on a crescent w onion rings and loaded potato soup and it was AMAZING! Everything about it. Also they have a great BBQ ribs special on Thursdays and they are delish! My husband and I love em.. they also have the sweetest waitresses/staff that make the experience a pleasure.

This was my first time here. The waitress told me the Large Tenderloin Sandwich would be as big as my head. Indeed, it was. I ate maybe half of it and it was really good. It was $14 for the Sandwich, Fries and a drink. The waitress was very nice as well. I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped in for breakfast while traveling and it was so fantastic that we went out of our way to have dinner there. The fish fry was great, the service was great and although it was busy everyone went out of their way to insure we were satisfied. We will be back! Highly recommended.

This may be one of the best places I have ever eaten at. The portion sizes are amazing and the prices are great when it comes to their breakfast and sandwich menu. Have not eaten dinner items as of yet but I’m sure they’re just as good.
