The food was delicious but slow in arriving. The person behind the counter was pleasant. The entrance to the parking was a huge pot hole that would have swallowed my small SUV had I been moving faster. The exit from the parking lot had poor visibility which almost got me hurt. One needs to enter and exit from the adjacent side street.

The lady at the window simply said after a while, order when ready. I heard the speaker on but there was a long awkward silence. I suppose I was suppose to speak first. After getting to the window and paying, she asked me to back up behind the pole. There was a car behind me but I reversed in the drive through. I waited for her to motion and pulled forward again. A bit odd. Food was good.

This Burger King used to have fabulous food and they were very attentive to their customers. Now the place is in such bad shape by management that I can’t even put Lane to closed on the billboard for ordering. It has been 2 weeks per the management that’s at Laine was not working I gave them my food order in Lane one and they still managed to mess it up. The food was cold and made incorrectly. I had not visited this location in almost a year because I received bad service and now after waiting a year to give them another chance it looks like I won’t be back for several and recommend that you do not as well McDonalds is serving food three times the speed much faster and correctly. When I asked for was the chicken ranch club as clearly seeing the picture on the ordering they had no earthly idea what I wanted and gave me a rodeo sandwich instead as seen in the picture.

If I could give zero stars I would. This Burger King drive thru was ridiculously slow. I waited over 20 minutes and when I finally pulled up to the window the staff started laughing when I told them which order was mine. No apology, no professionalism, just laughing like it was entertainment.
Management, you need to step in at this location. Slow service is bad enough but mocking customers at the window is unacceptable. Honestly even McDonalds treats people better than this and that says everything.

Went here late night…sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes or possibly a little longer. They didn’t have the chicken sandwich we ordered so they asked if we wanted something different and then they didn’t have any barbecue sauce so once again we had to get something different. We finally got our food and they fries were cold, so my husband asked for fresh fries and they got mad and asked for all of the food back and took it back through the window. If I’m ever in this area again, I WILL NOT STOP BY THIS BURGER KING!!

Ordered my double whopper but they put onions on it. Went in to get it right and boy did they get it right!!! EVERY worker at this location was so polite and helpful. Highlight of going in instead of drive through was the interaction with employees and customers. I met a 94 yr old gentleman that could hold his hand straight in front of him and kick his hand!!! He told me he has a problem driving though,,, he can’t discipline himself enough to drive under 90mph…
