Getting into the parking lot can be frustrating it’s not very well lit, and you’ll want to be cautious as some guests leaving the restaurant tend to stroll slowly or stop to chat right in the middle of the lot.
Another important detail: they tack on nearly a 10% fee for credit card payments compared to the cash price, so make sure to review your bill before paying.
Customer service needs improvement. The younger staff members were polite, but it was clear they weren’t thrilled to be there, and the overall service felt a bit disengaged.
If you’re nearby and craving Chinese food, it may work in a pinch just bring cash and manage expectations.
Unfortunately, The meal was served with only one soy sauce, and zero napkins.
Would I go back? Or try something else from here? Truthfully, probably not.
I do recommend you give them a try though!!
The food was affordable and very delicious! I had the sweet and sour chicken while my wife opted for the pepper . They were both lunch specials and cost less than $10 each!
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
The service was disorganized and difficult. Three different staff members approached our table, often without clear communication or follow-through. When we ordered hot tea, we received lukewarm tea. We let it go and asked for a refill, but the server walked away and returned with the same pot. Upon closer look, the teapot had visible rust. That was the point where I stopped using it.
The bigger issue was cleanliness. The restaurant felt neglected. Surfaces were dusty and grimy, and the overall environment felt unsanitary. Even the silverware seemed decades old. The spoon had rough edges and actually cut the inside of my mouth, which is unacceptable from a safety standpoint.
The food itself was good, which makes all of this even more frustrating. There is potential here, but the execution is failing. Right now, it feels like a place stuck in the past, not maintained, not modernized, and not respecting the basic standards of quality, hygiene, and customer care that people deserve.
This restaurant either needs a serious deep cleaning, updated equipment, and staff training focused on clear communication and consistent service, or it needs to pause and reset entirely. This should not be the condition of a place serving the public.
I probably will not use delivery ever again. Very disappointed.
