Five stars to Domino’s for absolutely knocking it out of the park! We placed a very large order for a birthday party on Valentine’s Day (so, basically pizza chaos day ), and they crushed it. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. Every item was correct, tasted great, and you could tell care went into it despite how busy they must have been. I ordered online and it said it would take 12 to 17 minutes. It’s been almost 30 minutes, and they haven’t even started it yet! They are moving slow as can be and talking to each other and goofing off. I haven’t been here in a long time because of their slow and terrible service. It looks like I won’t be coming back either.
Edit: it took them 46 minutes, and they burnt the Parmesan bites!

Second time in a row I have not received what I ordered. Too much cheese, almost no sauce, and not well done. I’m not sure if some of the issue is change in products they are using or the person making it? Best thing about Domino’s is the price and consistency, but two times in a row with the same issue. Photos to show my pizza is 90% cheese. I know the second I order extra sauce and light cheese my pizza will be all sauce. Also the app I trash even with an update. (This isn’t this locations fault)

Got my order and half my pizza was out and bites taken out. Called the manager and he said he didn’t believe me so I offer to send pictures for proof then get told I haven’t ordered from them since 11/28 when I have pizza sitting right in front of me. This place is joke no wonder you have 2 stars.

Honestly, this location is so bad. 9X out of 10 there’s an issue when we order or something from this location. I don’t plan on ever using this one again. We picked up our food and got home and found out that they gave us the wrong order. We called and they said, “oh thats where that pizza went. Uh can you bring that back, we still need it.” To me, that applies that you plan to give this pizza to the original owner after it has been gone from the location for over an hour. That is not sanitary and absolutely disgusts me. As a customer, that makes me feel like you’re just going to do this to someone else and not own the mistake. Not only are we having to come back to pick up our order, now the rest of our food is now going to be cold when we get back home. We live 30 mins from the location, so to me that’s not acceptable. If someone ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms tonight, I hope you got an actual fresh pizza and not one that’s been in the hands of someone else. I hope that they did actually dispose that, but if not I’m sorry for you.

Service was absolutely horrible we’ll ask a few times i’ve ordered delivery.It is always late like over an hour so I was trying to redeem a free pizza that’s a offered because they were so late last time walked nobody seemed fit to be able to serve me. Biggest issue here is delivery and/or pickup times. Driving up to the restaurant for a pickup and then finding out it’s going to be 20 minutes later than what you were told in your online order is major cause for customer dissatisfaction. The manager has to find a way to create realistic expectations or simply find a way to disable online ordering so his employees can tell people over the phone what to expect.

The food is the same dominos pizza you expect at amy dominos location. The prices are great. They have never had an order ready on time here. Somehow the hillsboro location always gets orders done wben promised.

So I ordered a pizza and cheese stuffed bread sticks with garlic butter instead of marinara. I placed order at 12:23pm on Monday. They said it would be 27-37 minutes for delivery. At 1:40pm I received my order even though the tracker said they was checking over my order at 12:56pm. The driver dropped my pizza off and when I got inside i opened the box to find a burnt pizza and no garlic butter. I call the store and the manager Christopher stated he could send the driver back and pick up the pizza to bring back and make a new one or put a credit in for another pizza for another day. I told them I wasn’t going to wait another hour and a half to get another burnt pizza. The pizza was so crispy that it could stand up on its own. Mind you it was a pan pizza. This is the second time my family has ordered from here and had issues. My mom order one night and waited 5 hours to receive her pizza. Not sure what is going on with this place but something has got to give.
