Cracker Barrel has its own rustic appeal that’s palpable in every corner including the dining area, the shopping area at the entrance, and also the exteriors. The service and the food were also good. The portion sizes were big and filling. But in my opinion the atmosphere trumps it all.

Exactly what I’m looking for! MeanMuggerTrucker here @ CB0145. It’s pretty much a guarantee that you’re gonna enjoy everything about your dining experience when the first thing you see when you walk up is the general manager, sweeping the grounds and greeting the guests! Brian is a prime example of someone who is committed to customer service. As per usual, my food was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Jessica, my waitress did an excellent job catering to my needs and request. Gracie, my cashier it was nice to meet you and with your level of thinking I suggest you try for upper management. Thanks again to the entire team at CB0145. Keep up the great work.

Classic Cracker Barrel. I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel for many years. The gift shop had something for everyone and most of the prices were very reasonable. Went here when it was very busy and the food was great, the ambiance was fun and inviting and our waitress was so friendly and attentive. The only thing I’d have to note is that the pancakes used to be big and now they are greatly reduced in size, however, they all got eaten and satisfied everyone’s hunger.

Loved that our Cracker Barrel was never remodeled. We loved the food. My family had a mix of lunch and breakfast. I loved the pancakes, grits, country ham and my eggs were cooked perfect. My grandson had mac & cheese which he loved. I see him going to Cracker Barrel for the rest of his life if they do not change things. We had a perfect waitress and I love that you can pay online easily. My grandson got a stuffy which was not expensive and the ladies were older at the cash register which was heaven to see. They kindly tried to up sale, but I was ready to go. We will be back!

I did an order to go and I got my food very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. While I waited, i was able to walk around the store and look at all the interesting things for sale. The food was delicious. The amount of food was great, as a matter of fact, I couldn’t finish everything.

We stopped to have lunch on 12/26/25. My party of 4 follow the host to the table expecting him to say something when we arrived to assigned table. He set the menus on the table and kept on walking without saying one word to us. We waited 10 minutes for waitress to come by. It took 20 minutes to get out drinks. Another 15 minutes for biscuits. Another 15 minutes for food to arrive to the table. Breakfast pancake meal eggs were half done vs well done after my father in law told waitress WELL DONE. Fried chicken salad came out with boiled egg ( a whole ) not even chopped up. My pot roast was so salty ( someone poor some salt by accident salty) it was absolutely horrible from the start. The waiters are cleaning up tables and serving while the young male host is walking around flapping his arm( not willing to help out anyone) he didn’t have any common courtesy to say one word when he seated us anyway. The cashier couldn’t answer questions or willing to help me for e-gift card transactions. I needed to take out tip from the bill( we left cash on the table ) but she couldn’t help so I was forced to leave 28 percent tip for extremely poor service we received ( we had to ask for refill several times)
The restaurant needs more waiters. The staff can use customer service training . Someone needs to do tasting every morning before serving food – pot roast was not edible at Columbia Mo location.

I ordered online so I did not experience the restaurant service, seating, noise, etc. I ordered to be picked up asap but as soon as I completed the order I got a phone call that I needed to do something that would make me late to pick up my food (I didn’t know how long I would be and didn’t want my food sitting). I called and they got my order pushed back. It worked perfectly for my timing. The food was packed and warm just as I arrived. Food was good. Salad was very fresh with a nice selection of add ons. I was there in the middle of the afternoon – 3pm so parking was not a problem.

Amazing! I have been to a lot of their restaurants but this one seemed different. The store was stocked well with items I have not seen before. We were seated immediately and the food came out fast. The waitress was super nice and helpful and the food was amazing.

Food was delicious as always. Most of the employees were so friendly except our waitress. She seemed bothered when we asked for drink refills, more biscuits or when my mother asked to add a meal (to-go, to take home to her husband) Besides that, the rest of the atmosphere was great!! They always have adorable kids apparel in the shop. I love the merchandise with sea turtles and the toddler accessories. Highly recommend you give them a try
