Excellent Quartz (chicken) and Spicy Quartz (pork Chashe). Additional fresh garlic, corn, and seasoned veggies (bean sprouts and cabbage in a light soy sauce and black pepper) plus some of the table hot chili oil brought the ramen together perfectly! We ordered 2 appetizers, for which 1 came out the same time as the Spicy Quartz Ramen—Brussels Sprouts. They could have been a little more deep-fried to really create the crunch in every bite. Then, after the regular Quartz Ramen arrived and we ate for about 8-9 minutes, the Salmon Tartar was brought to the table. It was a good try, but the salmon tasted slightly fishy, though was tender. And the wonton chips with the Salmon Tartar were too fried (bordering on brown/burnt on most chips with only one or two looking acceptable. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was hip and a cool late-night eatery spot for after a movie lets out, to start the weekend a little early, or just for a near-to-midnight snack! Thanks, Rakkan!

I came here randomly and I absolutely love this place. Their ramen is awesome. The other dishes they have are also great like the cucumber salad. I have to come here more to try the rest of the dishes. The service is friendly and location is great!

Tried both the spicy quartz and spicy garnet: both delicious. Meats were very tender, eggs perfectly cooked and the noodles had a great texture. Also ordered the furikake fries, chicken karage and the Brussels sprouts (yum!)

Great ramen. In particular, they have stellar gluten free Ramen which is hard as hell to find. Two of their broths are gluten free and then they have gluten free ramen noodles as an option. And honestly, it was so good. Broth was on point and I have had lots of ramen including in Japan. The waitress Rielly was also so great and ran me through the menu. So helpful, on top of it, and nice. They have gluten free and vegan ramen options. Plus lots of solid side dishes. Definitely recommend in general, but in particular to those looking for gluten free ramen.
