Stopped in for dinner and ordered a ground beef stack, the staff was very welcoming, “welcome to Moe’s” everyone was all smiles. Wonderful experience, food was hot and delicious, I tried the killer brownie and it was amazing. The dining area and tables were super clean. I would definitely recommend this location to all. Thanks to the Manager Adrian and Haleigh the cashier for the good food and good vibes!

Long time customer of this location and absolutely disappointed in how they conducted business/treat customers tonight. We came in a few minutes after 8:00pm ordering a bowl like usual and definitely did not get the food or service we have come to expected from this location. At first I was like “wow that’s not much rice but ok” then when the girl put half a scoop of chicken I was taken aback. I asked is this the normal amount of chicken, did y’all change something, the girl didn’t say a word, lifted her hands in a weird gesture, then added some more chicken to be what would equal the usual amount we have always received in the past. I said thank you and then proceeded rest of the order. When we went to pay I noticed they added “extra meat” sticker and I was confused because never did I ask for extra meat and the amount of meat now equaled the full scoop as it should have to begin with but not extra. The cashier rang it up for $17 and I was blow away. $17 for a Moe’s bowl…. are y’all absolute insane??? I said ma’am how is it $17 and she said there was a $4 charge for extra meat. I stated we didn’t ask for extra meat and only had asked why we got half a scoop of meat. She made a confused hand gestures and I told her we would be taken out business elsewhere. So Moe’s, is this the new standard? Half scoops of rice and meat for bowls? Cheat customs out of the their hard earned money? Should we now expect terrible customer service where the employees don’t even speak to the customers? Whatever happened to “Welcome to Moe’s”? I don’t know if the employees don’t care, whether management has instructed staff to cheat the customers, if the team was just ready to go home, or if the standard for Moe’s across the board has just dropped so low!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

I have never been treated so well as the staff at the Dallas Moe’s treated me. They were exceptionally kind, friendly and very thoughtful. I started to get up and one of the employees noticed I was wearing a boot and he politely said please don’t get up. I’ll be glad to get what you need for you. Now that is customer service. I highly recommend this Moe’s because the food and service were excellent. Thank you guys for making my day!!!!

Ordered six tacos on taco day.
Ordered four ground beef tacos. The ground beef taco “meat” was absolutely inedible. It was ice Cold, way over seasoned, looked like cow shit and was just gross.
Also ordered one with lime chicken. Also inedible chicken. Tasted like artificial lime flavor.
Also Ordered one adobo chicken which was better but still just barely edible.
It may just be this location but I will never go back to a Moes.

I went here a few nights ago and Heather was so rude at the register. She was hateful and obviously didn’t want to be there. Bad attitude. Eye rolling. Huffing and puffing. Being short and rude to her co workers. I wouldn’t want her to be one of my employees. Alyssa was so sweet and hospitable. She seemed to be the only one in a good mood.

Put in an online order of 2 adult burritos and a kids quesadilla and paid full price. The burritos were tiny. Smaller than my hand. My wife likes to dump her burrito out on chips (I know, like nachos) and barely anything came out. I’ve had pretty slow service here several times too. Won’t go back.

I almost didn’t go due to some of the recent reviews but I’m glad I turned around. Had a great experience. Fast service. Accommodating and very friendly staff. Ingredients super fresh and tasty. Money well spent and will be back.

I ordered delivery and we had several items missing from our order! I called to let them know and they took my name down so I can get my missing items when I go in! Go to the location in Acworth instead the food and service is so much better!

Good but smallest portions of meat. All of them are like this. Heavy price tag, light burito

My wife and I came in at 8:12pm to order food for our family and had the most unpleasant experience. No one greeted us with the “Welcome to Moe’s” nor gave eye contact. We ordered $58.33 worth of food and was rushed and given mean stares the entire time. There was no one but three people in the line including me and my wife. The staff was whispering amongst each other and did not give appropriate portions so when we asked for extra (that we paid an up charge for), it was received with subtle attitude. We love Moes and order here often but this is not acceptable ever! Please train the staff to be more friendly and professional. Also made it home only to find out how soggy the “quesadillas” were as if they did not get pressed at all!
