Wow! Before I even get into this hellhole, i have never ONCE!!! in my entire life received service this bad. I was in a group of 5, when getting seated we got our first red flag to leave!!! the hostess sat us at a COMBINED TWO TABLES!! ( we have come here before and have fit perfectly into a booth!) this abomination of a table have room for over 8!! easily 10 most likely. the kicker is….. we got seated with NO SILVERWARE (but i’ll come back to this) Now here we are seated waiting to order for easily over FIFTEEN MINUTES!! not even just order, to see our waiter in any capacity. we received absolutely no “we’ll be with you in one moment”, no welcome in, no NOTHING!!! and when someone finally came up to use it was a worker who wasn’t even our waiter. he claimed to be helping the other server, our waitress get caught up. (horrible staffing denny’s, two servers really?) He got us started on drinks, all we were getting were 3 milkshakes and waters but suddenly that overstimulated him!! we should be overstimulated!! sitting here irritated and waiting ! after ordering it that’s long way around, he went to get our drinks. easily another 10-15 minute wait…. but that’s not all… we saw them make the milkshake in our view and they forgot a whole MILKSHAKE!!! the milkshake station is 5 steps away and you FORGOT IT!! :((( We wanted to flag the waitress down to get the missing milkshake but the entire time the waitress was on the other side of the restaurant with 5 tables and we on the other side alone waiting for a chance for our waitress to come over. Even after we finally got the waitress attention the milkshake took EVEN LONGER!! we easily waited 30-45 minutes for one singular milkshake that i see takes less than 3 minutes to make. at this point ive gotten my food and i had to ASK for a fork, after i finished, my friend’s decided to also order food. once we got it we realized THEY NEVER GAVE US ANYMORE SILVERWARE!! oh okay… so to get a fork i have to catch my server like a taxis and ask?? we , 5 people , shared one fork the entire meal at our far too large table. and the craziest part is, my friend ordered a side of fries, and its smaller than a small fry from McDonald’s. disgusting
despicable corporate scammers here at dennys… AVOID AT ALL COST… just drive to the 24 hours mcdonald’s in vancouver.

It took an hour and 40 minutes for us to get our food when we got our food it was cold and the waffles we got were undercooked and burnt at the same time all around horrible service the waitress we had kept being snobby and nice act like she was irritated to work and take our order the copy we received was cold ask for a fresh one she literally took the cup walked back and then came back to the table and handed the same cup of coffee to us. We left feeling robbed I thought ok anytime camera crew is going to come out because it’s just got to be a prank needless to say I will never go back there again and I’m also posting about this horrible service I’m going to talk where I have $1,110 followers I think it’s not just bad management but maybe the owner just doesn’t care anymore either

I had an excellent meal with Troy as my server. He is personable, attentive, and an all around great representative of Denny’s. I hate had eaten here a year ago and I remember him from that experience as well. Highly recommend as a result of having him as my server. He really made the dining experience the best it could be! Additionally, the food was good and reasonably priced. The pace of the meal was perfect, and the ambience of the restaurant was very relaxed and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the service was top-notch. I would definitely return to this location and hope to have Troy as my server.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at this Denny’s. Get there about 10:50. Order a take out order. Sit for an almost an hour, maybe even and actual hour waiting. Hear the server tell the took that he is missing one of our whole emails, and then it sound like after he finishes that one that another is missing? Eventually we get our food. I take quick inventory to make sure its all there. Get home. No napkins. No silverware. The hash browns are burnt. The pancake has some kind of sauce burned onto the bottom. The gravy leaked. The meals are cold. Except one (im assuming last one prepared). The eggs… we asked for all over medium. One looked sunny side up the other was a brick! The glam slam was ok my daughter said, but she didnt finish it saying it tasted off and that her favorite meal from dennys….
Im really put off. With such a long wait it should have been correct.
Me ordered 3 country fried steak meals. A slamwich and a glam slam burger. I dont think imma be coming back to this dennys. Unless it made right. The Lloyd center one isnt that far.

Three of us entered and were seated promptly. The server Ashley, was incredible. Her service was superb. She refilled my friends Coke and Diet Coke. I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet. The food was delicious. My friend Bobby, order the burger and fries and he said it was very tasty. My friend Alex had an omelette and he was very impressed. Great job Denny’s and especially our server Ashley.

Visited the area to see family, and wow! This dennys did NOT disappoint! From the atmosphere, how clean the place was, the food, and the service! Kristina was amazing and on point, she knew what we needed, before we even asked lol. This place is also great for all families. the moon over my hammy sandwich w/ hash browns was chefs kiss! Can’t wait to visit and come back again! 🙂 thank you Kristina for making it a wonderful experience ! 🙂

The manager Megan and my server Daniel were the very best! They answered all of my questions and anticipated all of my needs from hot sauce to refills on my sprite, I ordered the double berry banana pancakes that were cooked to perfection. They have a special shake menu and even have karaoke the last Friday of every month. This store is really stepping up their game. Definitely worth checking out. The laid back yet still professional atmosphere here is perfect. Thank you Megan and Daniel! I’ll be back soon!

I mean…it’s a Denny’s, right? You know what to expect. And after having visited a Denny’s in Japan during our last trip there, our expectations were…raised, somewhat. Even so, this location honestly feels like they are *trying* to be a cut above the rest of the chain diners out there, and to their credit, they have managed to succeed.
It’s clean; it’s organized; the staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. They manage to handle a line, and a rush of customers, in an efficient and competent manner. The food arrives hot and fresh, and fast enough to satiate even the most impatient customer. The portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. And when it comes to nostalgic comfort food (especially my wife’s favorite, the Moons over My-Hammy, or whatever it is called), there are few places that can contend with the flavors one remembers fondly from their childhood.
Denny’s may not be a big thang for me, but it is for some (my wife included), and when measures on its individual merits, this location is doing exactly what it needs to do, and it is doing it well. No complaints from me.

I travel often and I can always count on a good solid meal at Denny’s. This little gem in particular deserves a shout out! The cleanest bathrooms i have ever seen! The restaurant was full with families and had a real positive family vibe going on. I want to especially say that my server, Kristina was FUN! She really brought a great attitude and smile to not just my table, but all her tables. Great energy. She recommended the bourbon bacon burger and fries. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I think i have a new favorite. Thanks, Kristina!!
