Went in a Friday 12/19/25 around 2pm and it wasn’t busy, we were seated in a timely manner. Our waitress was fantastic, can’t remember her name but she has dreads lol. Food was mid however the cheesecakes ( oreo and snickers) were delicious. My mom had a slice of carrot cake and raved about her alfredo pasta. The menu’s are a bit overwhelming with honesty not too many good options.

My 4 year old daughter and I visited this location 3/7 for dinner. We ordered the shrimp scampi. I didn’t eat any because I was not really hungry. She usually loves shrimp but she didn’t care for this shrimp. She took a couple bites and then left the rest. I took a bite to see why she didn’t like them. They were super spicy and the waitress told me they have chili flakes on them which I had no idea. The manager was no help he claimed we ate most which we didn’t there were 5 left and it comes with 6! Mind you he never even came to the table !All I asked for was extra noodles since we did t eat the shrimp and he did not help. Will not be returning to this location! The manager is horrible.

I feel like Cheesecake Factory is one of those places where the location matters to have a good experience. My experience wasn’t bad it just wasn’t great. The food presented nice but it was just okay. The atmosphere was very loud but you could still talk to your table. I went midday on a Friday. It is also located very near to the casino. The service wasn’t great. He wasn’t super attentive and forgot things that were asked for. I don’t think I will be back here.

I’m not a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory, but my adult son is. So here we go…..
Cucumber Lemonade – he loves it thoroughly. I think he brought me here just for this lemonade, lol.
Crab Wontons – Not so good to me because the filling had no crab in it, just cream. PF Changs is so much better for wontons.
Street Corn – This appetizer pissed me off for what was served for a whopping $10.95. I couldn’t believe it. I was so thrown off with this dining experience that I failed to take pictures until my son was finished. The corn ribs were almost 3 inches long and very slender. Corn happens to be one of the cheapest vegetables on the entire planet. Unbelievable!
Steak Frites – These were very small as well. The fries were ok, per my son. Not worth $30.95, that’s for sure.
Steak Filet – My entire dish must have been sitting because it wasn’t even luke warm. I ate around steak edges because they were cooked to my liking. I packed the rest of my meal up and took it home. When I got home I reheated meal and the potatoes had a fake taste. to them. The spinach was great, actually perfect. So I basically paid $117.51 for spinach, wontons. Cucumber Lemonade, and a very small order of steak with frites that we’re so good.
I will NOT return.
FYI – Hold on to your receipt after paying your check if paying with a credit card because I was overcharged on my tip. NOT KOOL! Yes, on the receipt that is posted with this review. Management was on top of it.

Our server for the evening was Gabriella, who greeted us warmly and offered bread while we looked over the menu. I ordered the Thai Lettuce Wraps, and my sister had the Chicken Bellagio. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! I just had water to drink, but my sister tried the Pineapple Cherry Limeade. Unfortunately, the drink fell a little flat; it mostly tasted like seltzer water, and she was expecting something sweeter.
Overall, though, the food, service, and experience were excellent. This spot is always a favorite of mine whenever I visit Maryland Live Casino.

‘Cheesecake factory was really good nice atmosphere we had hamburgers which was cooked to perfection the sweet potato fries were cold but good. The appetizer pretzel bites with fondue cheese was outstanding that one I will definitely order again.

Took my mother here for lunch. My meal was awful…very dry chicken and rice was hard as a rock and flavorless. Our poor waiter was apologetic and very friendly. I got another dish that was much better.
My problem is with the bathroom…it was disgusting!!! The soap was in a condiments bottle and trash can was over flowing. It needed a serious cleaning!

Located at Arundel Mills Mall and attached to Live!Casino. Hours are good. Service is so so. Sometimes, you go and the service is fast and other times you can be ignored. Had an amazing waiter, Heather who was on-point. She made sure we had everything we needed. Fresh and fast. The cheesecakes are always a win. Would recommend and absolutely love the Korean Fried Cauilflower

Save yourself the disappointment and walk over to the food court in the Anne Arundel Mills mall. Our visit was an hour after they opened. The food was the worst EVER! No flavor at all. We didn’t bother finishing the dishes. The waiter was great though. Party of two. Orange chicken meal, penne pasta meal, asparagus, taquitos appetizer – $80.98 total. Not returning or recommending. The food was horrible!!
