1st visiting this new domino’s location, and I must say…….. I’m VERY impressed!… it was quiet, clean, and I mean very clean!… But the biggest accomplishment is the pizza!…. OMG!!!…. JUST look at the Pic below!….. I mean it was soooo delicious I was wishing I had 2 stomachs to finish the whole thing by myself, I did NOT want to share!…. Terrible service !!!! Not here to review the food since it may have been good if it showed up on time. I’m reviewing the terrible service and response I received from this store not only did I get blamed for not including a building number to my apartment when the order included the apartment number. But then after waiting another hour for the delivery I open the door to find all the food sitting cold on my doorstep. I was five feet from my door watching TV waiting for a knock. Are we supposed to sit on our porch and wait for delivery?!? Worse service I’ve ever had with a delivery service on a 60$ order. Never again…

Shelby is a sorry excuse for a manager. I ordered a pizza for delivery around 11pm and confirmed my phone number in the app so I can get alerts when my order was here because I knew I had to give them a gate code for my apartment. I never got any alerts nor did I get any phone calls. I checked to see where my order was and it said “completed” by Shelby. At the time, I was unaware that Shelby was the manager. I never received my order so I called the store in which Shelby answered the phone. She claims that she was going to “get a hold of my delivery driver” and proceeds to hang up the phone. I show up to the location and ask about my order because I figured I was never getting a call back. Shelby claims she called me and I didn’t answer so she canceled the order. I did not receive one phone call or text message concerning my order. She was sitting there lying to my face because she didn’t want to deliver the order. I’m 95% sure the food was never made and she never left the restaurant to attempt to deliver my order. I would’ve respected her a lot more if she told the truth about it. She was then unable to provide me with any details about getting a refund for the order because she was in such a hurry to leave.

No disrespect to the nice people that work there but the pizza I just received was TRASH. I’m gonna have to eat it because I paid for it and this is the only food I will have for the remainder of my work shift.
I ordered a pan pizza, pepperoni and beef with extra sauce, well done.
I’m not sure how this is even possible, but i literally got the opposite. The wrong dough was used for the pizza(hand tossed pizza dough cooked in a pan doesn’t make it a pan pizza). I also think you guys forgot to spread the butter oil in the pan before the dough. It was undercooked(definitely not well done), BARELY had any sauce on it. (not extra). Do better please.

We order dominoes often and it is always great but today it was exceptional. They gave us extra sauces, Parmesan and drinks to make up for the sauces they forgot last time. The food was literally perfect it looked like it came right out of the commercial. It got here in 15 minutes and was hot like they had the oven in the car. Devon’s customer service was outstanding and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It was also my first time ordering the cinnamon twists and I think I’ll have those at my wedding instead of a cake they were so good.

Our delivery driver, Jeremiah, was polite and prompt. Our pizza was unfortunately burned, but I understand things go wrong sometimes. So I called the next day and spoke with Shelby. She was amazing! She’s extremely understanding and more than made up for it with her customer service and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. This is a “franchise” that apparently doesn’t have a corporate office. They called us twice to tell us that they couldn’t accommodate our entire order. The young man who spoke with us originally was very polite about the situation & offered us a credit for the multiple inconveniences. When he transferred us to the manager, the manager said we didn’t deserve the credit because they are replacing our orders with something else that they do have. He was extremely rude & then lied about having a corporate number.. The manager is extremely incompetent and I will never waste my money here ever again.
