Kudos to manager Johnny and his dream team tonight! My entire order was absolutely perfect, but that pizza… OMG wow. I’m not even a big pizza person at all, and it had my jaw floored. For once, I actually received EXACTLY what I ordered from a pizza place, and it was prepared and cooked to perfection. It was so good it made me want to order another, no, like fr. Hands, feet, toes down, the best pizza I’ve had in yearsss! I should have taken a picture before we started devouring it ♀️

The staff is nice but the pizza is terribl. The crust it’s dark brown. Like over cooked. I asked for extra cheese. To me that means I don’t see red sauce. Looking at the pic 1 slice had a dab of extra cheese the one next to it didn’t. And that what the whole pizza looked like… Just a waste of money. Tbh

I ordered through doordash! Today sat the 31st around 9-10 pm. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 order of wings etc… they bring me a small ham and pineapple pizza which the staff told my dasher that was my order! Which is not ! They didnt even read my dashers order to confirm it was my order. They did it on purpose since they were about to close and go home they disnt make my order correctly!!! Lazy staff . Didnt even confirm my order with dasher to make sure it was correct

This is my neighborhood location and after today i will not be going back to this location. The pizza was large and the toppings were almost non existent. It looked like they counted the pepperoni and the sausage on each slice. Some slices had hardly any sauce or toppings. I’ve had better at Sams Club and Costco. I don’t think they care about losing customers because the product shows it. Plus it was salty for some reason. Papa Johns do better or go ahead and put up your out of business sign. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You just lost a loyal customer.

No thing like ordering Uber eats when you are out of town and the food sucks! Ordered 10in pizza with peperoni banana peppers and extra sauce. There was no sauce to be seen or tasted and it was all puffed up dough and scarce toppings also it was damn near frozen when it arrived order from anywhere else than this location sucks I love papa Johns just not this one.

I like this pizza spot but for some reason its no different on delivering or carry out the extra request its never fulfilled. Its a hit and miss sometimes I order breaks ticks with cheese sauce and I end up receiving pasta sauce like what???!?! I ASK FOR CHEESE. I feel like if a customer orders from this place you should very well make sure they get what they paid for at the end of the day they came to your store and no other papa John’s location.

I ordered a pizza which I never received. I called the store and spoke with Jhonny about the situation, and they sent me another order that was open. If you want your food to be played with and be disrespected, this is most definitely the store to order from.When you’re ordering from a restaurant, there’s a level of trust you place in the people handling your food, by the look of the pizza I received in an open box, I can no longer feel confident that any future orders were not be messed with prior to reaching me.

Place is clean, staff friendly and working! This place is busy! It’s not a Dine-in location, but with the amount of foot traffic you probably wouldn’t want to. The product????? Damn Good!!!

Employees Jennifer and Sergio hidden in the back of the store , by the walk in freezer, were giggling and unprofessionally did not care that since their delivery driver left while my order was being made , my order sat for a hour. After getting the run around on the phone, I had to go up to the store and receive an “answer”. Poor service. Poor everything by these two individuals. Usually my go-to location but Will NOT be returning.

Despite the poor reviews, my experience was excellent. I had a medium pepperoni pizza and a customized papadia ordered for delivery. It was baked and delivered faster then the estimated time. I love the papa tracker online, you can actually see the vehicles movement on the map. I think the delivery man got a little lost in my apartment complex but I don’t blame him because apartments are way to confusing. The gentleman who delivered my food was very friendly, polite, upbeat and efficient. I wish I had gotten his name (tall skinny, glasses, dark short hair, drove a silver sedan). Most delivery drivers have such poor attitudes so it was nice that he had such a good attitude. My food was scorching hot, fresh ingredients (I had gotten tomatoes in my papadia), and the food was very presentable. I will definitely order from here again. I also ordered my food at 11:15pm and they close at 12:00 so I honestly didn’t expect the process to run smoothly or the food to taste as good as it did!
