Took about 30 minutes for a smoothie and poke bowl with no add ins. Guy who took my order, my receipt says his name was Avery, had a massive attitude and spoke to me and my friends with extreme disrespect. Upon asking why it’s taking that long, he rolled his eyes and said they were backed up (there were 5 people behind the counter and only like 3 people inside) and went to the back on his phone. We will definitely be avoiding this location and only recommending the spot by Jax beach. Really bummed. Food is still good.

I literally only come here simply bc there’s nothing else around and I’m trying so hard to like this place because poké is one of my favorite things to eat, but whyyyyyyyyy do you guys put soo much rice?? Like come on, just see my pics. I’ve asked each time to give half and still get the same. The tuna is already expensive along with how much you charge for all the toppings. I’m not asking for a heaping unreasonable amount, I just want you to be a fair. Take a look at my receipt, where is the mango? Crab salad? That’s bc it’s not there or VERY little is mixed in/ just sad. Unfortunately, every time you’re stingy with portions. There’s barely any tuna and if I worked here I’d almost be embarrassed to even hand it over to the customer. Smh. All i can say is that I do love the sauces ( shoyu/ponzu/ aoli etc bc it’s on point with what I’m use to. Guess I need to stop comparing you guys to what I’ve had in HI. SMH, such a waste of $ – Sorry but I won’t be back. I tried. To the owner, I see your responses to other comments. Do better. Also, just to make u sweat a lil- little miss at the register never ID for the sake, she didn’t even know it was considered alcohol.

The servers are incredibly rude, especially a young lady named Jewel.
When I brought up my complaint, she dismissively told me there was nothing she could do.
When I mentioned reaching out to the owner, she had the audacity to say, “go right ahead.”
The food and service here was once very good but has been on a steady decline.

This the second time I’ve come in here as of late and the server Avery W, he has brown hair and wear glasses is rude and doesn’t greet when spoken too. I miss seeing the first crew back from last year. Vee was a sweetheart, I really miss her and there were a few other young ladies that was great!!!! Bring back the servers that want to serve and that is nice. Even my acai bowls are not as good as before.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Acai Bowl. The bowls are filled with tons of fresh fruit. The flavor profile of the Acai changes with different bowls which is unique. I’ve gone to plenty of places where they use just one frozen base puree for the bowls, that didn’t seem to be the case here. The PB & Banana toast is a must add!!

Big fan of this place. I get the Popeye smoothie every time. It’s so good, and reasonably priced for a smoothie without a bunch of fillers. I’ve gotten the tuna poke once and it was really good. I thought it was solid value. The nickel and diming for the toppings though is a bit annoying, but I just get it as it comes. Overall, a good spot for a healthy, real food item. Hope they get one in the Town Center area soon!

Thought I was pulling up to get something good and healthy. Paid 25$ for a poke bowl that was filled to the brim with rotten greens. Waiting on word back about wether I get refunded or not. Will keep y’all posted.

Food is great. Staff is great. What’s not great is for how brand new this place is, and there’s no A/C. Which is pretty crappy since all of the people on staff are kids. Shame on the owners.

I went to this place a couple weeks ago AND THE FOOD was amazing if you go here definitely get an açaí bowl!! specifically the arlys island most yummiest thing ever
