I would give them a 5 on cleanliness for sure ! Yesterday morning I got there after 6 to find door locked. Mind you this has happened now 4 times and once literally less then 7 days ago when the DD tractor trailer and workers were there for delivery to be exact and…..door was locked at 530/540. Twice now I’ve been told it’s an accident. Is it an accident that all your parking lot lights and building lights and interior lights were off too?? I thought it was just a wack excuse considering (it’s the fourth time in less then 30 days that this door been locked) and still I gave them another chance after 3 rd time and didn’t call in to corporate and less then 7 days later same thing except your watching me knock ✊?? Funny ( have the last two insidents on video and the last time they were inside as I was recording still also on video) Laughing as if it was funny really funny pooky I’ll be laughing all the way to corporate But the reason I’m posting this review and waiting for a call back today from corporate head is because not only did I have to bang on door and Wait 3 min after multiple people walked by to see me knocking and banging and still didn’t open door as if after 6 I should have to be forced to go on drive thru they tried tho. I have this on video the whole time I was knocking till they opened and one time before also when the girl said she forgot to open) mind you this only happens when this crew works together. It’s like if the drive thru line actually moved I would actually go on the drive thru but the line doesn’t move clearly as multiple reviews say when your on it and I don’t have all morning to be on it .SORRY AGAIN POOKY (food for thought,) and also you should not take someone’s kindness for weakness I’m a loyal dunking customer for years and years I had an incident years ago at a Dunkin and corporate don’t play I really tried to give multiple shots and bene of doubts but yesterday is where I draw the line. Also if you don’t want to be waiting on customers first thing in am why work at a Dunkin I’m not sure. And how often has this actually happened it’s bad for business just sayn.

One of the cleanest Dunkin ive ever been to. Very nice employees. They are very busy. When i got there they moved to 1st place nearby. So while coming in keep that in mind receiving the order may take longer however upside is the coffee is always better in busy dunkins. My coffee was delicious and they definitely deserve five star here. They have plenty of parking spots too.

So many people were upset this morning when we were there waiting for our order. I personally waited 40 minutes… for a sandwich. I don’t fault them for being busy… that part is beyond their control. The problem was the attitude of the staff. I kindly asked the staff if they could check on my order. The woman said she checked and they were working on it. I waited another ten minutes and I inquired again. The woman refused to check and gave absolute attitude, as if I was the problem for asking. After three tries, it turns out the sandwich maker didn’t have my ticket. All that waiting and BS and it turns out, they lost my ticket. I witnessed the staff berate and argue with other customers who were simply inquiring about the status of their order because they too, were waiting upwards of 30+ minutes. The attitude of the staff is the whole reason why customers got more upset. Clearly this place hires mediocre fast food workers who don’t know how to handle pressure, or learn basic communication skills.

Its crazy that I had to wait in the drive through for 30 min to get my coffee that is almost cold when it’s supposed to hot and I pre-order on the app. This dunkin is trash.

This bad review is solely based the service.
Every single time I get a donut with frosting on it it is thrown in my bag frosting side down, with no paper so that my donut is now stuck to the bottom of the bag and when I take it out the frosting is now still on the bottom of the bag.
I now inspect my donuts before I drive away because it’s a problem every single time.

Food was old and barely warm. Cheese on the bacon egg cheese bagel didn’t even melt. Surprising, from Dunkin. Usually always good, hot and fresh. I would not return to this location. Awful!

I rushed to get bacon and hash brown before work and the bacon was not cooked properly it has so much pepper, the coffee had no taste has browns were soft. What a Sunday .
