Don’t go here. Some of the fries today tasted like soap or chemicals. I wouldn’t allow my children to eat it. Also I asked for a double stack with bacon and it had one piece of bacon. So I brought it back in and they “remade it” instead of getting the cabin double stack I got a sandwich with one piece of meat lettuce and tomato… waste of $35especially with the fries tasting like cleaner/chemicals

This location looks so new, clean and quiet. There are no other customers so our order came very fast. We ordered some baked potatoes and drinks. Disappointedly the potatoes are warm at best. The staff reheat them in microwave so it’s ok but the shredded was melted all over the container and that’s not how I like it. I like the new digital soda machine. Such a wide selection of regular and diet soda. Really good.

This wendy’s location is average at best. It’s good food but sometimes the service can be a little slow. But other than that this place is great and the food is really good majority of the time. The area is good and you feel safe eating here. The place is very clean and the workers are nice just a little slow unfortunately.

Always messes up mobile orders by either not removing items or adding paid items. They re-fry’s the old cold fries to where they’re super SUPER crispy and taste horrible. All around a horrible store and horrible staff.

And this place has no concern for its customers. They made my whole order incorrect, didn’t notice it until on I four. I did look up the number on the receipt and called multiple times and got a busy signal. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I was the only car in the line. When I approach the window to pay for my food, one car pulled up behind me. I told him that I wanted my order and I have Pacific instructions and I said it in a nice manner possible. I just find it blatant disrespectful to not do anything that I ask for in accordance with what I want it on my sandwich. I’ll give you guys a minus you don’t even register on the board.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 3 meals, all of them had moldy buns.. not a little mold, a LOT. I sent a complaint asking for a refund to customer service, haven’t heard back in a month. I then called customer service and they couldn’t help me..??? They couldn’t even tell me what happened. So finally called the manager and now I have to go to the location and try to find my receipt to show them for the refund. Long, annoying process, disgusting and unsafe food practices. Never eating there again.

Oh, Wendy’s, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways you’ve creatively ruined my meals. Here I am again, a glutton for punishment, proving that hope is indeed the thing with French fries. Every visit is like a new surprise party where I’m both the guest of honor and the punchline. I even had a chat with the regional manager, who must moonlight as a magician, because nothing changed! Today’s game of ‘Fast Food Roulette’ had two meals on the line, and surprise—only one was right! Take a wild guess which one. Hint: it wasn’t the Asiago Club, unless Wendy’s has reinvented it to include a surprise guest appearance by a beef patty. Bravo, Wendy’s, bravo!

I understand staffing in the service industry is very minimal at this time. However that is not an excuse for terrible customer service. The young lady on the speaker definitely hates her job and you can hear it in her tone with guests. Unfortunately kids these days have little to zero work ethic. Will not recommend to anyone.
Not only do you have to wait forever but worst service and mediocre food. If I could give zero stars I would. No sense of urgency for fast food… tisktisk
Edit this Wendy’s should be shut down. Once again drive thru opens at 630 with 2 employees hiding out inside both refuse to take an order or pick up the phone. Waited in line for 10 minutes till a girl came out and said yea we are open but we are not ready. Unbelievable !!! The corporate office should fire every last one there and hire people that want to work. Terrible service every single time. NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS LOCATION

You can see what I ordered but not what i got. There was no bacon and I ordered a double and got a single. The frosty was not good when it’s usually delicious.
I called to see if I could come back to get the burger I ordered and a chocolate frosty to replace the vanilla one. No one answered. I called 9 times… no answer
