The food hat this location is normally pretty good, hot & taste fresh!! Normally are on point with order being correct, and usually decently fast! Sometimes I think they don’t cook their fries long enough! I hate that lol!

They have the slowest service of any McDonalds for the entire pitt county area. You will sit in line for bare minimum 15 minutes if there’s at least 3 cars in line and if theres a line to even order? Might as well leave because you’re going to be there for 30 minutes before getting to the menu screen. On a good day. I can only assume management is working their skeleton crew to the bone.

Over the past two weeks, I have visited your location each morning to enjoy my usual order of a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin alongside a medium iced sugar-free vanilla latte. During these visits, I have noticed fluctuations in the portion sizes, particularly regarding the beverage cups, despite clear markings indicating specific sizes.
I addressed this concern with your staff and management team. Unfortunately, the explanations provided were inconsistent, with some staff members attempting to verify sizes by comparing multiple cups, even though the cups are clearly labeled. This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and accuracy in transactions, as I have experienced situations where the billed amount did not correspond to the actual product received.
Ive seen in the media the boycott goiing on until end of June and how it has affected some sales but the business clearly needs to do better.

I have been going to this McDonalds since I was a kid. Never had a problem with their food until recently. For the past year I have had the worst customer service. I placed an order yesterday and it was for takeout. I waited at the pick up area for 15 minutes before getting assisted. The frappes I ordered weren’t even full. The fries were cold. The workers had attitudes and I was being polite.
The management and team here have the worst attitudes. Ayden NC is the worst location. Don’t go here.

This one particular manager is not customer friendly. They will make you wait 20 minutes before they acknowledge you. Filing a complaint against the manager that grabbed my food from me even though it was ready and done. There was just no staff at the counters to assist, everyone was in the back area (kitchen).

Honestly the worst McDonald’s in north carolina. Been this way for years. Just keeps getting worse. Burnt nuggets, old fries, raw double quarter pounder, and the worst drive threw known to man. Do better. Ba da ba ba baa your killing me. In all honesty I hope I don’t die from taking a bit of this crap.

Added: Because you are the only McDonald’s within a 15 mile radius from us, we tried again. Seriously? Another RAW burger? It’s really pathetic when I stick it in the microwave when I get home and BLOOD comes out! It is about time to publicly boycott for safety reasons!

Very rude and inconsiderate first time they told me to pull forward. I got hit by an idiot that was behind me and now tonight they had me pull forward so rude handing me the food can’t even say here you go here’s your 20 piece and your 10 piece no here is your 10 piece so I had to make sure and she walked off before I even could so honestly awful experience here they need to be more customer friendly and maybe have a better efficient system instead of trying to cheat our time clock and having people pull forward and get hit.
