Love this El Pollo Loco , the portions are always spot on , staffs always welcoming and professional, and the food is always fresh and amazing. Only thing I will have to say , I notice every time I go in , the men’s bathroom has this putrid smell , and a lot of the tables are dirty. Other than that good job guys .

I used to come here since 2012 and it has gotten SO BAD. I have noticed under new managers the chicken comes out like this. For the past few months the chicken has been dry, burnt, and tastes like rubber. When i called to complain that I received no receipt and why i paid so much for this quality the manager ‘MAYTE’ had the audacity to laugh and giggle to her co workers. NEVER AGAIN

Had an amazing experience at this location. I had gone in and had dinner with my best friend Micheal. I had questions on certain items, and Manger Alicia helped me out all the way. The property was very clean. Since the moment I walked in the staff greeted me. They made me feel as if they truly cared for me. Seeing as I asked for my chicken to be extra juicy and she did not disappoint. All the way until the moment I left and they had said thank you for coming in and have a great day. I will be recommending this location to everyone and anyone. Great job Pollo Loco Team, you are the best.

It was an amazing experience eating here. Was first greeted when I entered the establishment. I really appreciate the great customer service, Alicia took care of me and was very kind taking my order. I’m a regular at this particular El Pollo and I always go through the drive through. All the drive through employees are so friendly and efficient which makes going there a pleasant experience. I’m not good with names (I tend to forget ) there is a very nice lady with short hair that is always there sometimes she helps the drive through and I like that she remembers me. She is very polite and nice, so if you want a great experience stop by this El Pollo I just remembered her name Alicia. Very nice lady.
