I had no issues with my drive through experience. They were nice and my food was actually good. I say that because at other BK locations the whopper tasted funky and it was not grilled. This one it was great! The fries are always delicious. I will stick to this location for sure to get my whopper fix.

The workers here don’t listen to you and always get the order wrong! Been here at least 6 times and 5 out of 6 times the order was wrong or something was missing. Fries, sauce, Burger, a Taco. C’mon! it isn’t that hard to take a simple order! Also be careful and check your receipt because I was overcharged more than once and caught it!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and when i came home and opened one of them, there was a piece of hair literally WRAPPED around the chicken. absolutely disgusting!! I later when to the store in order to get a different one and found out her name is Jenny. She had her hair in a LOW ponytail that reached all the way down to her butt. as soon as i showed them the sandwich, they automatically saw the hair. It’s 2025, do better.

Overall they get a 4.5 stars

They are fast with orders, the person in charge has helped with my order more than once so you know they aren’t messing around.

I would still check the bag to make sure everything you ordered is there, some of the workers are a little too fast.. if you’re going to claim an error please have your receipt and don’t waste peoples time in front or behind you.

They stole money from me!

They messed up my order so many times at the point. I got my money back. I hope you’ll be traveling the other side of town for a better burger king experience.

Edit. They only refund me 2 dollars from my order. I was in the drive through but decided to go inside to get my order. After 5 minutes nothing. Even the manager looked at me several times questioning me why I didn’t get my food. I left knowing full well this burger king has stolen me $15 of nothing.

They kept the receipt so I can’t officially call them in. Brilliant move.
