I’ve been at this location multiple times and I’ve never had any major issues. Last time I came, it was on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was very busy this place sometimes can be very hard to find parking so be prepared for that. On this time wait time for a table 4 was only 10 minutes, which was not bad at all. Service was pretty fast and our server was very friendly. My drinks were perfect which I really enjoyed the dragon fruit margarita. My mail was pretty good, but the potatoes were not as creamy as they usually are. Overall, I enjoy my meal and as I mentioned before, I’ve never had any major issues here.

Our waiter was very friendly, however extremely slow with everything. I feel like this is not the career/job for him at all. Play we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he didn’t even bring us a children menu. We had to ask for it and it took forever to get it. This is one of many things that took forever during our visit. I have been to this location before in the messed up my dish 3 times so now I order something else just to not face disappointment.

Being that this was my first time ever visiting The Cheesecake Factory after hearing so many great things I was very excited! My friend and I dropped in around 4:20pm and we were greeted right away, and it took about 3 minutes for our server to introduce herself to us. She allowed us time to look at the menu and was honestly very prompt. However, the servers were switching shifts which she made abundantly clear and we were fine with that, our never server was set up for success and service did not lack.
Time for the food and drinks. We shared the Fried Mac & Cheese & the Avocado egg rolls. The friend Mac & Cheese was a 7/10 without the sauce but with the sauce easily an 8.5/10. The eggrolls, I was not a fan of my friend really enjoyed those.
For our entrees I got the Four cheese pasta with Louisiana chicken and shrimp and she got the Spicy Chipotle Chicken pasta. My pasta lacked flavor, the best thing probably was the chicken so an overall rating of a 6.9/10, my friend rated Her pasta a 7.5/10. Our drinks were great, not too strong and not too sweet, just the perfect balance.
The environment was welcoming, the music was great and overall, we had an amazing time. Next time we visit maybe different entrees but I definitely had a great experience and would absolutely return!

Food is ALWAYS good at Cheesecake Factory and I usually love the portions since you can save some for later. But this order fell way short. I ordered from the DINNER menu but got less than a lunch portion of the Lemon Garlic Shrimp. This isn’t my first time ordering this so I know what I should have received and this was not the dinner plate. The Crab Wontons and Street Corn were good though. This is still one of my favorite food spots.

We’ve been to The Cheesecake Factory before, but today was hands down the best service we’ve ever experienced there. Dining out with two little kids can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Daniel made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience for our family.He was attentive, quick, patient, and incredibly kind. His customer service was truly superb — he anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made us feel completely taken care of. My husband and I haven’t had a day out go this well in a long time, and that’s saying a lot!Thank you, Daniel, for making our family outing feel special and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back!

Looked like a usual Friday evening. Had a reservation and they were easily able to take us almost 45 minutes early! Unfortunately the food came very slowly. But the drinks were spot on and the steaks were perfectly cooked.

Walk-in to place a to-go order at the front dessert counter. I was greeted kindly and the woman recorded and placed my order accurately. Two “dinner” size salads, fried cheese and stuffed mushrooms appetizers, and two slices of cheesecake, plus tip came to $120.
I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my meal. The woman visually inspected my food before handing it over to me and noticed the kitchen forgot to add chicken to the Caesar salad. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the fix. My remaining food temperature suffered because of this mishap.
A note if you plan on a to-go order, save some money and do not order a “dinner” portion size. You really get a smaller “lunch” portion size. Food was average in taste. I feel the salads and appetizers of my meal would have been on the same quality level and much cheaper if I just got them from the local supermarket. The imported cheesecakes are always great.

This hotel has to be the worst ever. They checked us into someone else’s room. My husband went downstairs & me being very cautious locked the security lock. Luckily I did, coz the person tried to enter. It was the scariest time of my life. We were locked out several times from the room & had to keep going downstairs to tap up key. They don’t have a clue about running a hotel. Cleaning staff came too early. Bad choice!!!!!
