No complaints! The service Sara provided was Amazing, she was very attentive. The drinks never ran out, I had plenty of napkins. The presentation along with the firmness of my Harvest omelet was the only reason the food did not receive 5 stars. I’ll try again another time, still Thankful.

Food was burned and visibly dirty. Wait was 41 minutes for service after we were seated. The bathroom was as stinky and unclean as any truck stop I’ve ever been at. Did not get an apology or anything. They said they would call a manager, but they never came. Have never had a worse experience at a Cracker Barrel and I will definitely not be eating anything that came out of that kitchen

I usually get the same meal Togo Homestyle chicken that’s what I only go to this establishment before today was horrible I had many items missing and had to go say something 3 times at pick up. I was missing 2 sides and they told me at the time of placing my order online they were out why wasn’t that told or caught before hand? The chicken was so dry and not much breading. The coco cola cake was a mud slide of a mess. A waste of $36 dollars this place went down I probably have to dine in the get decent service. I have to go get chicken else where to go with my sides disappointed.

Our waitress was a 10 star waitress when we were there Friday morning 2/27. She went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy as well as our 5 yr old granddaughter. Great service and great food!

I understand prices have gone up everywhere but over $60 for my kids and I is a bit much. Server was nice but didnt do much else besides just get the order and bring it. Didn’t check on us and we only received 3 napkins.

Customer serive is always great here. The servers and cashiers always engage in small talk and seem to legitimately care about your experience.

Well…waitress mistook the dish I wanted for the one above it. I asked if it had no obvious onions due to allergies and it didn’t. A nice gentleman started helping our server get food out and brought it for me saying no onions. I said wrong dish so he brought me what I wanted…unfortunately it had onions and I had a reaction. It was simple miscommunication.
I figured they left the tot meal so I’d at least try to eat that. It was good. On the third tot I saw something blue and started scraping at it thinking blue drink or blueberry crossover… Nope. I started to pull and pulled out over a 1″ long piece of plastic. Obviously it happened in manufacturing.
At that point I couldn’t try anything else and the reaction to the onions had started.
Coworker had catfish and loved it. Hubby had steak and thought it was good.
The gift shop was entertaining.
Good amount of handicap parking.
Bathrooms were clean.

Do not recommend carryout or curbside – consistently missing items in order… some very standard like bread/biscuits/beverages and some that are paid for and not even mentioned as not fulfilled. Order received had 4 missing items out of 7 ordered.

To start with there are too many curbside pickup spots right in front that no one ever uses. They should not get the best spots when they are not even coming in to support the waitresses or the store. And, speaking of waitresses. They did not have enough at our restaurant. We were given a waitress who was also working a large group. I hate large groups, they take FOREVER. So, after our waitress was done taking many, many orders, she finally had time to make it over to our table. Would rather have kiosks than waitresses anymore.
