Food was pretty good. Veggie burger was mostly chickpeas so wasn’t a lot of flavor, but it wasn’t bad. Topings definitely did the heavy lifting. Tons of cheese on fries which was nice. Not a bad price either combos with fries and drink for around $13-14. Located in the cherry hill mall food court.

How do you offer a burger with goat cheese but not carry goat cheese? Also, if that’s a menu item, why don’t they know what’s ON THE MENU? Ordered 3 burgers with bacon for my mother brother and myself for a Mother’s Day treat and they were burnt to a crisp. No condiments were available on the burger customizing screen either. My mother was kind enough to sacrifice her sauce of choice with her fries to get me Mayonnaise. I’m on a carnivore diet. I would like Goat Cheese, 2 Patties, and Mayonnaise on my burger. I was obligated to get lettuce. I’ve been to the location in Norristown and they were excellent. This was the most DISAPPOINTING experience at a burger spot ever. I’ve worked for several. Please, don’t go to this mall location unless you want to be completely ignored by the staff and be handed burnt food. Not worth my money here.

My first original crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic. I went up to screen to order but the guy at the counter said order with me I’ll walk you through. He was great and made suggestions to build the perfect chicken sandwich. The pepper jack cheese was the pop of flavor that I would have not picked myself. By it made it even more tasty. I also liked the Skinny Cola. It was so much better than Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke. I will be back

Muslims BEWARE!!!
The Cherry Hill Mall location has a green and white halal sign prominently posted at the counter, but sell pork bacon!!!!!!!!!!!!
When asked about the bacon, one of the workers confirmed it was pork and said only the chicken is halal. Very misleading!
Also, the food was messy. The fries were soggy and the drinks were warm and served without ice. I will never ever, ever be back.

This was my first time trying m2o, and I loved it! I ordered a cheeseburger on a pretzel bun, fries and a chocolate milkshake. The burger was juicy, the fries were nice and hot, and the shake was cold and thick. If you come to the Cherry Hill Mall, stop at m2o for lunch.

2 Spanish lady’s always got an attitude when I order food, I ask for sauce and they tried to be funny by putting it on the side when I asked for it on the burger. It’s times they charged for sauce and it’s times they don’t , I don’t get it but the food is good tho … but the lady’s that work there need to work on there people skills. The guy who made my fries did a great job making them hot, fresh and picture worthy. They were so good. Just potato, thankfully no coating.

I went to the Cherry Hill location this past Saturday along with my two teenaged daughters (whom are very pick eaters). The service was quick and uncomplicated. The manager was very knowledgeable and suggested options to my liking. The food was was delicious, especially the burger which had the right amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Both of my girls had the Oreo milkshake and it was made to perfection. This place takes pride in the way that they make their food. The manager deserves a raise!
