This was my first time trying Crazy Noodles, and I can honestly say I was not disappointed at all! I arrived for an early dinner around 5 PM, filled with anticipation to see what the hype was all about. Upon entering the restaurant, I was welcomed warmly by the servers who walked me through the ordering process. They politely explained that I needed to grab a menu, place my order, and pay right away at the counter. This casual but efficient ordering system created a relaxed atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy the experience without any pressure.
I decided to order a few dishes to get a true taste of what Crazy Noodles had to offer. First up was the Lemon Garlic Shrimp. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the lemon garlic sauce was bursting with flavor. It was a delightful start to my meal!
Next, I tried their popular #1 Phnom Penh noodles. The dish was a generous portion, featuring a savory blend of meet and perfectly cooked noodles, topped with fresh herbs and a hint of spice. Every bite was a delicious balance that kept me wanting more. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and taste!
I also had the classic Pad Thai, which, while familiar, stood out with its vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. Finally, I couldn’t resist ordering the Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken. This dish was a delightful surprise—each spoonful was packed with flavor, and the sweet pineapple perfectly complemented the savory chicken and rice.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of food I received. The portions were substantial, making the $42 and some change I paid seem like an incredible value for such a delicious spread.
Looking around, I noticed the ambiance was warm and inviting. The restaurant started to fill up around 5:45 to 6 PM, creating a lively yet comfortable vibe. Overall, I left Crazy Noodles feeling extremely satisfied with not only the flavorful food, but also the attentive service and pleasant environment.

Probably a favorite if not the most favorite spot in Amherst. Good quality food and decently priced! Love the pad see ew, golden tofu triangles, and the soups are amazing. As if 2025, the ingredients seemed to have changed and there’s been a slight decline in quality

Small space and it was busy when we came. I got the pad see ewe with chicken. It was a little dry and a big chunk of noodles were stuck together and didn’t get any sauce at all. The curry fried rice was really good though.

The only two things that tasted good is the meat and broccoli in the stir fry and the noodles from the dish that I forgot the name of. The pho needs flavor completely left it how it looks in the pic
