I honestly never pick up from this location due to past issues with product quality, but this afternoon (02/04/26) I stopped by and Nick completely changed that experience. He was wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. The way he handled the situation and treated me was better than any team lead I’ve interacted with before. If leadership and customer service matter, Nick truly deserves recognition and consideration for a team lead role.

This place is a total joke. LAZY employees. I had ordered a croissant with cream cheese to eat while I was as driving to work and instead of them doing their job, they put a knife and the cream cheese in the bag to do it myself. What am I paying for? My main reason of stopping and getting breakfast is because I want to eat it right away. I never had this lazy people experience at any dunkin before. By the time I get to work, I have to reheat it. What’s the point? What a disappointment. Shame. Don’t recommend this place to anyone, just go somewhere else.

I never really write reviews but I’ve been so frustrated with this Dunkin lately. They’re conveniently located right by the parkway entrance so I stop here before work almost every morning and it’s always hit or miss (mostly misses as of lately). The coffee tastes old, you can order the same coffee every single day and every single day it tastes different. Sometimes it’s good, but most of the time it tastes burnt/old. Also, never order a bagel from here. Whenever I do they’re always SUPER stale. Like hard as a rock so you can hardly eat it. I’m tired of spending money here because it always feels like a waste.

What an absolute terrible decision on the lady running this place. At the drive thru it seemed like me ordering things was an INCONVENIENCE to her. With the most unenthusiastic remarks of “is that it?” “are you sure?” was I already annoyed at who was taking my order. Was then delighted by the sweetest kid processing the payment!
I had ordered a green tea lemonade which was made with EXPIRED lemonade!! I have kids i know what that taste is to a T. Which to add, my daughter and i were going to split the drink while we had a car date eating our hash browns & chatting about our days. Thanks to the dunkin lady for ruining that.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times since I live in the area. Every time I go to this location they make my coffee terribly. It always tastes way different than when I go elsewhere. I’ve given too many chances, just going to another Dunkin in the area at this point. I’ve also gotten an egg and cheese sandwich with cold cheese.

I got coffee and breakfast this morning 05/01/25. I got a sausage egg and cheese wrap and when I took a bite a huge piece of hair was not only in the wrap but I had some in my mouth. I’m so sick to my stomach I vomited this is unsanitary and disgusting! idk why they don’t make their employees wear hair nets and make them slick back their hair! I will never go back! I’m so sick to my stomach! To the left side in the cheese you will see the hair! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Don’t ever purchase food from this store, I bought dozen donuts at 7 pm and within 3 hours of purchase there was mold on them, I retrurned them next morning and store offered me another dozen donuts even they had mold on it, this store is a health hazard guys, stay away from it
