Very disappointed with what I found when I returned home.
There was just a patty,no mayonnaise,no tomato,no lettuce,
just the patty that totalled $11.70.
The location is in Catoosa, Oklahoma on Admiral and 165th E.Ave.

Today B.K. lost a 60 year customer along with my family and I have posted the issue on social media for all to see.
I don’t want my money back or a replacement order, I’m truly finished with B.K. even if this is only an issue of incompetent employees.
I hope the management sees this and makes the necessary changes so this doesn’t keep happening. it’s so important to store and cook chicken properly, someone clearly wasn’t keeping up with the bare minimum for the quality control.
