Very clean and great service provided by the employee who took care of us. I didn’t get her name but overall everyone was nice. I had my kiddos with me and the employee offered them samples so they knew what they wanted when it came time to order, made the process very smooth.

The drive through service experience was on point. I requested 40 munchkins and I was offered 4, 10 boxed sized which was equivalent. I’m disappointed when I opened the box. No cinnamon, no powdered, no jelly donuts ar all. What ever happened to that? I opened a box of holiday sprinkle, plain, glazed and chocolate.

Stopped in this morning for a bacon, egg and cheese, croissant and some hashbrowns, the hashbrowns were so full of grease and soggy and cold. And this was my lovely sandwich. Can’t even go back for a refund because I am at work and I opened it once I got to work. This is disgusting.

Consistently every time I go in the mornings around 4am before work, there is an older gentleman who is extremely rude and will not even let you finish ordering you food and drinks. Today I ordered a matcha and received a large cup of some kind of pineapple tasting syrup and milk. Which is usually fine, but when I tried to correct him and ask for the proper drink, he told me to take it and shut the window in my face. Not a great start to my day!

Worst experience ever!!! I was charged .70 cents for a cup to put my espresso shots inside! I ordered 3 shots, 3 pumps vanilla, 3 cream in a med iced cup. First I didn’t even get my shots they handed me a drink with cream and vanilla and didn’t add shots. I went to give it back then they said oops someone must have taken the wrong one let me add more shots. It’s still not right I will never go back and let them take advantage of me again. PURE GREED!!! I did not get a cup of water that was the charge for the cup to make my drink
