Weird experience here. Driving through trying to head home and stopped in this sonic just trying to get a quick bite, there aren’t even many cars and felt like service was slow. Then we get our food and our ultimate cheese burrito was supposed to have tots and we didn’t see any, got about half way eating the burrito thinking it’ll come up and nothing. So we call on the red button to say hey it didn’t come out right. When they came to help us first they tried telling us the burrito doesn’t come with tots so I had to pull it up on the app, then we were told that because it was half eaten we might not get to do anything about it, which if the complaint was something different yeah I get it but how else were we supposed to know? I don’t really prefer deconstructing a burrito when we were just trying to eat? So then we need to see a manager about it I guess, but the manager didn’t even come out-which they should’ve handled it at that point. Then they say we have to give the burrito back to get a new one. Which I guess is fine, but you would think since Covid we would avoid carrying around half eaten food. Anyways, that’s fine, we figured that might happen and it’s whatever as long as we get what we paid for correct. They came out with the new burrito and you’d think that’s the end of it. Nah, they had the audacity to say “you would’ve found the tots if you took one more bite” . HUH? First of all, maybe put the tots in so it’s not at the bottom of the burrito?? And that’s WEIRD to inspect the burrito?? We gave it back?? AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT SHE HAD THE DISSECTED BURRITO ON THE TRAY WHEN SHE BROUGHT THE NEW ONE???

These groovy fries have peeked my interest in Sonic again. Grape Cream slushy taste ok, bitter aftertaste, (most likely the a chemical for coloring it purple,, red40)was a little melted but ok. All fries and tots and chicken were HOT when ordering I DID request groovy sauce . Didn’t get any, but to fair , I could’ve checked the bag and asked for some.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but it has sharply declined. There are some good items on the menu, but most are mediocre at best. Additionally, the prices for some items are simply too high. As for the drive-in stalls, many of them are consitently out of order, which makes it a bit harder to find parking. On a positive note, service is usually fairly quick and the employees are polite. Overall, this place is good for a quick bite, but is definitely not anything special.

I just had a gator go and a strawberry lemonade slushy. I have to say it was the best one I’ve had !! I’m not drinking oebning that at all.
It was the people that worked there. They were some of the rudest ever. It was late afternoon early evening and I wa on my way to Tulsa. And refused to stop until I got to sonic for the rainbow slushy which I was very rudely informed that they wouldn’t make for me so I ordered the strawberry lemonade slushy and I wss not disappointed!!
The people however ….disappointed me big time with the way they treated me . Very hateful very rude. I would chance one return visit but after that I can’t promise yet.

There are several of the screens that don’t work….. if that is the case why can’t the workers park in those instead of ones that do work. Parking in the ones that work is just taking business from you. On the south side there are 7 that don’t work, park in those

At first the person ringing us up didn’t want to ring up the right price, then we had a long wait just to get food not made right. Very unhappy. All the chili and cheese was on one side.

sat in a stall for a good 10mins after pressing button to put order in.. thinking they was busy finally pulled off an there was only 7 cars an half was eating. called the sonic an she said oh I think stall 25 is broken cuz it don’t show that the button was pressed.. I’m if you THINK it’s broken shouldn’t YOU put a sign out there on stall 25 to say broken.. do better c ya

We’ve been trying this location in our small town for 5 years. The food has never gotten any better. Today, you’re fired sonic. My wife even went back up there and had you redo my food. The food was still overcooked, but at least there wasn’t hair in it this time. Oh, by the way, when you make a cherry lime aid, you might want to put cherry flavor in it! Horrible service and food for 5 years. I give up on you.
