Amazing! We ate here while in town for a quick medical visit and enjoyed it so much. The entrees came with soup (hot n sour or egg drop) and rice (fried or white). I got beef and brocollli and my dad got chicken with crispy rice! It was SO good and the waiter was so sweet. Highly recommend

Just enjoyed my first takeout meal from Chinese tonight restaurant in Chelsea Michigan. What a surprise! Delicious! The wonton soup was flavorful with mushrooms and pea pods and delicious wontons. We also had egg foo young and fried rice and moo shu chicken. Looking forward to our next meal there. I think the best Chinese food in Ann Arbor is in Chelsea!

I was disappointed. I hadn’t been back here in four years because the prices were high and the portions were small, but I decided to give lunch a try. Of course, it was the same story. My chicken Szechuan had barely any chicken, mostly vegetables, and was covered in sauce. The Mongolian beef was the same way. Thirty-five dollars for this was a total letdown. The egg rolls didn’t taste fresh either. Maybe dinner is different, but lunch was definitely not worth it.

Well I can honestly say this was a horrible meal I ordered 2 dinners of the chicken dried rice I didn’t look but when I got home thinking with the dinner you get a egg roll I was shocked to see I got 2 crab ragoons which I didn’t eat because I don’t like them.
The fried rice lacked flavor and it was dry not sure why either.
I have eaten here many time’s but I won’t be back I paid $27.00 dollars for 2 chicken fried rice and 2 crab ragoons nope there’s better places to get carry out from.

I’m new to the area and this was my first experience at Chinese Tonight… we had the almond boneless chicken, orange chicken and veggie eggrolls. Our meals included crab rangoon and our choice of rice, we opted for both the fried and white rice. The service was short and direct and the food was ready when promised. I’ve had a lot of chinese food in my life and am a huge fan… this was neither the best or worst I’ve had but something in between. I enjoyed my meal and will be back.

I’ve been dining at this restaurant for 25 years but the service tonight was absolutely horrible. I get the same dish-emperor’s chicken and I asked for extra mushrooms. I was told that dish didn’t have mushrooms in it, even though the description on the menu clearly states mushrooms and I have been ordering this for 25 years. I was charged a dollar extra for mushrooms and didn’t receive ONE single mushroom in my dish and to top that off they were in such a hurry to close down inside seating the order taker felt it necessary to be extremely rude. I called up to talk to the manager of course there is not one in tonight so I guess that is why the service has gone down hill. it will be a while before I return.

We usually get take out from Chinese tonight. It’s always delicious. We have favorites. Mine is Hunan chicken, medium spiciness. My husband’s is Vegetable Golden PanFried Noodle with double portion of fried tofu added. We like the spring rolls. I always get hot & sour soup. My husband gets egg drop soup. We always have enough for a second meal. We recommend Chinese Tonight!

We love Chinese tonight but their hours are absurd ! We went to have dinner at 7:05 and they wouldn’t let us dine in because last table to sit was at 7! They are open until 9! Couldn’t let us sit 5 minutes after 7. This will be the next place to close in Chelsea because of hours like that. So disappointed.
