As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Called 20 times and no answer like this is just HORRIBLE and I never leave Google reviews but like come on man. Quick to take my money but not answer a phone? Insane. Please do better.

I just left this establishment and the service was terrible. I have worked in the service industry for too many years and you treat people the way you want to be treated. At least apologize for telling me everything I wanted to order you were out of instead of being sarcastic. I would have given them no stars and I have been to checkers plenty of times. Next time I will go to the one in Lafayette, the service is better

Got $5 meal deal. They were out of the chicken and didn’t SAY they were out but instead substituted medium fries instead of small. Person at drivethru window claimed she told me. Maybe — I didn’t hear it and I certainly didn’t CONFIRM that it would be okay to substitute a measly bit of fried potatoes for the meat I was supposed to get. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I left and phoned them. Got an answering machine that didn’t identify who I’d called (but I’m certain it was their published number). Left message. Two days later, haven’t heard back. Never, ever going back.
