This is our second time in and the pizza and Caesar salad were as delicious as the last time. I love consistency! The patio was a nice surprise. Prices are very reasonable. Several wine and beer options. Great service too!

We stopped here for an early dinner on a Friday night, and we’re very glad we did. It’s easy to get to off of Government Way with plenty of parking. It has a small outdoor area and an L-shaped dining room. On one side is the bar and the wood-fired pizza oven. The other side is a series of tables and booths. The furnishings are mid-level, nice enough to enjoy the meal and not distract from it, but not anything special. The arched front door gives a nice feel to the place as you enter. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The waitress took our order without notes and was accurate. We ordered three pizzas, the Mafia, the Mario, and the Papa’s, along with a chicken Caesar salad. The pizzas are handmade with a very nice pizza dough. The pizzas are big enough to satisfy a teenager – I made two meals out of it. The full salad was also enough for two meals. A pizza is $14 – $20 depending on which one you get. For a handmade pizza like this, that’s a pretty good price. If you are in the area and are in the mood for a handmade pizza, this is the place. We’ll be stopping by again the next time we are in Hayden.

Connie with Flame and Cork was extremely helpful and communicative while planning my workplace’s Christmas party! They closed down the entire resturant for 2 hours so we could come in, play some Christmas games, eat, and even do secret santa. Waite staff was very friendly, and paid attention to everyones needs while we were there. The venue was large enough to host 40 people! Very impressed with service, food, and the atmosphere!

We had our Company Christmas Party here. They were very kind to shut the restaurant down for a couple of hours to host us. There were a few bumps that were promptly taken care of. The staff was amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. And the food was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!

Definitely recommend this local restaurant, food was amazing, Christie was excellent and the dining room has a very warm cozy atmosphere with easy-going music, playing in the background and soft lighting. The pizza crust is light and crispy and the right amount of cheese and it has a good selection of wine. Also, they actually have a Happy Hour, which is hard to find these days!

Food: hands down just excellent. This pizza approximates the best of the Italian pizzerie. I just wish you could purchase a taglio da andare. (Of course, in Rome it would be a 1/3 the price! However, that is compensated by the very reasonable price of beers)
Service: not bad, nothing to write home about.
Atmosphere: comfortable, affable, smells great! But, and this is the establishment’s one downfall, the music is a nuisance: it’s both too loud and poorly chosen, simply doesn’t fit.
All in all, fantastic and comfortable place to enjoy an evening.
