Technically, I’m a vegan – Don’t judge! The (limited time) Steakhouse whopper with onion rings, bacon & peppercorn boiling sauce (I add a tomato slice) is sooo good! Great place to just chill in the neighborhood. Spacious (bigger than my apartment) seating area. Love the app Rewards program!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Burger King. I was given the wrong drink, and when I politely asked for it to be changed, the employee gave me attitude instead of just correcting the mistake. He kept saying things like “what am I supposed to do with that?” as if it was coming out of his own pocket. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and a simple fix when the order is wrong. This kind of service really makes the whole experience unpleasant.

Let’s be honest I love Burger King my buddy Emma and I decide to make a review about the SpongeBob meal and it was not very special.
PS that pineapple float was sour and foam taste like medicine, the SpongeBob whopper it’s the same, the potato tots with Bacon and cheese are way to salty with no taste however if you put the ketchup on it it taste good and starberry shortcake pie looks delicious and it cost $16.99 for the meal what a big robbery.

This establishment has proven to be disappointing, displaying a lack of responsibility among the staff. I ordered an Impossible Burger with all toppings and had to return twice to rectify my order; unfortunately, it was never prepared correctly. The cashier exhibited little patience and demonstrated a complete absence of customer service etiquette, which was further emphasized by her unprofessional facial expressions. It is worth noting that the establishment is clean and well-lit, which is the sole reason for my one-star rating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Please put in more workers. I waited so long to get breakfast on my way to work. Only one person manning cashier inhouse and drive through!!! Impossible for this overworked employee who was very nice . Then only one person in kitchen ..how do you operate fast food so slow??? Do something about this. Thank you

Ordered 2/$7 impossible entree. All was great until it was time to eat. Opened wrapper and dug straight in. After 3rd bite something felt off inspected sandwich and patty wasn’t even cooked all the way. It was pink 70% of the center. That isn’t ketchup causing the color difference although ketchup is on the sandwich

Ok, so I went to try the new brisket burger…it was DISGUSTING!! I don’t know what kind of meat that was, but it was not BRISKET!! It was some slithery pieces of meat, Yuk! And the burger didn’t taste flame broiled to me, just a regular old processed burger. The Coke soda was FLAT!! I just wasted my money this evening, but they just keep giving me reasons not to eat fast food!!!

The cashier was at the register and didn’t put gloves on when she bagged my onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Corporate, please have hand sanitiser and stress to employees how important it is to keep all humans safe. Being paid minimum wage is not an excuse to not keep an environment clean, but more of a reason to ask for my money. I understand some people want and like burnt mozzarella sticks but I did not request burnt mozzarella sticks.

Don’t ever order on the app. Ordered over $30 worth of food, waited over an hour and recieved 2 single items in a small bag that were so unappealing I couldn’t eat them. I should have known better but I was really craving burger king after not eating all day and working 11 hours. Contacted support and the best they can do is 2 coupons for $15 off each on 2 future delivery orders but this is the 4th time out of 5 delivery orders that’s either been totally wrong, missing multiple items or just didn’t show up so I don’t think I’ll try again. In the past they always made it right but I guess I’ll have to contact my bank to do a charge back to get back my $35.. Driver told me to contact the restaurant but there wasn’t even a receipt in the bag to know which it came from. I only found that out from the $35 charge on my bank statement. Super super disappointed in BK in general… do better!
