Their fried chicken salad and cod fish salad is so fresh. The cod was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly fried. The house sauce is Delicious.

I have tried other seafood boil places in Springfield but Shaking Crab is THE place to go!
The service and atmosphere was great ( Tiffany and the owner / chef? were so friendly and attentive), and the food was fresh and drinks were delicious, we got the
– spicy calamari ( it’s not your usual battered covered calamari and the seasoning was approved for finger licking )
– loaded garlic noodles ( very flavorful with sausage, shrimp, and broccoli)
– total catch jumbo TRAY with Shaking crab sauce, we got to try the other sauces, my fav sauce was cilantro lime. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so it was convenient that they had a lid for the tray so we could take the rest home for dinner the next night!
All around a great experience, can’t wait to dine there again!

First time visiting. Lobster salad was very good.. peel and eat shrimp were very good. Dungeness crab was good as well. Bag concept definately different. Eating straight from the bag was very sloppy. Waiter was very nice and attentive i give him 5 stars. They need to.pay attention to the bathroom. Ladies room was
a mess. I give it 4 stars its new and has to find its nitch. Food was good but be prepared for messy dining.

Meh. I had a plate of fried everything, including lobster tails. The tail was NOT fresh and smelled fishy. The batter on everything could have been seasoned just a bit and it was flaky. Otherwise, the server was awesome and the food is plentfiul. I’ll try them again.
