not one car in the drive thru.. 4 items ordered with 2 being fries and other two sandwich and nuggets.. still no one in line. asked to pull up and we did. a sheriff came thru and drove off and we still sit. at least 7 to 10 min still no one. go to the door it’s locked, went to drive thru and banged on that window. finally a female not very nice comes to the window and I asked if we are getting our food.. I’m bagging it now and proceeds to close the window. so I said it should not take this long with no cars in drive thru at all. mam I’m bagging it now and you don’t have to be so rude. like I told her you haven’t seen rude.. she continued running that mouth and made us wait another 5 min.. sling our bag in the window of our car.
honestly I did not eat my food. when I walked up to the window there was dirty cups and milk shake every where. I will not go back. they are nasty, dirty and a bunch of young kids running wild. I don’t think asking for my food is being rude. I paid for it, it’s your job to get it out in a timely manner. there are not excuses for this kind of behavior from an employee..
health department might need to revisit this location along with regionals and districts because there is no need the attitude I received and the nasty mess everywhere is unbelievable..

We went through the drive through and asked for a Son of Baconator with no ketchup. What we received had ketchup all over it. It seems like the drive through attendant and the actual cooking of the food could communicate better. Guess it’s a good thing that we like to pay for food that is barely edible because it all tasted like ketchup.

I got a junior bacon meal and there isn’t even any lettuce on my burger even though I wanted it. The people working look high as hell and have airpods in their ears. Long line of people waiting while only one person is taking their order inside. The ceiling was dripping water and even broken. Nothing to prevent slipping or even hold the water. Also may I mention they have no interaction with customers not even hi when we walked up there. Workers are on their phones as well. This place is pure pathetic.

I have been going to this Wendy’s for years and it has been good for a while. It has severely declined.
My family went through the drive thru today while my daughter was in dance class. There was one car ahead of us and we still had 15 minutes so I thought we were safe. I was incorrect. The guy at window pulled us forward with no drinks, but whatever. We waited until it was literally time to get my child. Finally my husband and I were irate. I just wanted a refund. My youngest was screaming at this point. So my husband goes in and tells them he wants a refund. They never bring him a manager but tell him they don’t do refunds. They have to get approval from a general manager and she isn’t there. We leave, pick up my daughter and come back. I proceed to go in. Finally, I guess the manager finally called back, an employee came out and talked to me and apologized. I was told my food had been sitting there the whole time and no one bothered to bring it out.
I work in food services and I’m a shift leader in a restaurant so I understand that these happen. But it still needs to be addressed.

I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce and tomatoes and got a son of baconator with exactly that, when I got to the window the woman rolled her eyes at me when I tried to hand her my card because I was telling my friend they were using a 2 wheel dolly jack to artificially pump up their drive through speed (by running it back and forth in front of the machine where you order and in front of the windows where you pay)
Usually the food and service are way better but keyword “usually”

Ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was so hard it could break a tooth other than that everything was good. This was late at night and likely due to sitting on warmer to long. I would recommend this Wendy’s still the staff are friendly and mistakes happen and this is a first complaint in many visits

Stopped by this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my kids as their treat for having a good week last week and me a coffee. Ordered the cold foam caramel priced at $3.79 on their menu board. It rang up $5.29. Told the cashier and she said well it the iced coffee and cold foam are priced different…..umm according to your menu board they are priced the same. Paid the full overcharged amount and went on only to found out the biscuits were so dry and hard they were not edible and the “cold foam” was like warm watered down coffee that tastes burnt!!!! This Wendys lacks quality,customer service and overall engagement!! We won’t be returning. I also just realized that sausage biscuits and small seasoned potatoes were supposed to be priced at 2/$3 and as you can see that didn’t happen either!!!!!!

We ordered dine in but decided to leave. We ordered a single with cheese a panko fish and two small fries. The fries and the single were fine but the panko fish looked like it was cooked then cooked again until it was black. I tried eating it but, I like my charcoal in the grill and not on the bread.

Every table was dirty. Are fodod was cold and the fries we so gressey. Never go back again. All the workers were in the back just talking. I had to say HELLO to know we were inside.
