One star is too much for this pizza place. I always order from Domino’s, but this location is a disaster. On my last visit, I waited over an hour for two medium pizzas, and when I order for delivery, the wait time is also ridiculous. The employees don’t care and have a terrible attitude. There are plenty of other pizzerias around, and I’m sure they’re much better.

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The order asked hotel room number, delivery instructions and my phone number. 50 minutes after my order I called to check on status as their tracker didn’t work. The rude employee told me it was my problem to go find the pizza. I asked if they should notify me where the left it and their response was that’s the hotels problem. Ok I get it, they didn’t want to even try to use elevator as it doesn’t actually require a room badge. However why not notify the customer. I ended up with a cold $30 pizza I tipped well in in addition to the fees

After getting an incorrect delivery order (an hour late) that was quoted for 17 minutes on delivery, I was thrown attitude by the woman who constantly brings her 3 kids to work with her when I brought my pie to the store to be remade. Her children are literally running wild at this point behind the counter. She was on a phone call when I came into the restaurant requesting my pizza to be remade. She hung the phone up and grabbed my dough right up without washing her hands. I walked out stating that she was doing something nasty, and she got confrontational. Last time I order from Domino’s after several wrong orders. Someone higher up needs to get them kids outta there, too. I get people struggle, but, damn. Poor kids.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 1145pm and it’s now 107am called to see where my food was and they said the driver showed up calling my phone and cancelled my order because I didn’t answer. Funny thing is I was watching for them out my living room window and my phone did not go off and no driver was insight. This place has crappy service. Oh well Domino’s delivery driver’s loss on a $40 tip.

Ordered 2 steak hoagies, pizza sauce, cheese and onions. We were in shock at the lack of sauce, cheese and onion, it was bottom of the barrel. Do the owners take it of the employees pay if they put enough cheese and sauce to cover the meat, or bun? I am not sure if i will order again, as this is the third time Domino’s has been so greedy. The website use to have an option for extra, but that was before they got so stingy. To make the sandwich even more unappealing the bun was had as a rock, it was crunchy. The entire bun was crunchy and breaking apart.

it is the employees and the be EMPLOYEES ONLY that I get Domino’s as often as I don’t Smetimes there’s only a couple people there and they’re slammed! Somehow they stay professional and friendly. The truth is I couldn’t do it! I would most likely throw a pepperoni at a forehead week one. I just want to tell you guys I know it’s not easy! especially during football season or events! Just keep up the good work!!! Oh and the food isn’t horrible or anything! lol.

Mine and my husband’s pizzas were inedible. The amount of garlic sauce on both was so overwhelming, what could have been a delicious pizza, ended up garbage. I tried to eat some of mine, even removing the toppings; but although I specifically requested light sauce, there was still so much, I couldn’t eat more than few pieces. My poor husband barely ate at all. Never ordering garlic sauce, from here, again. However, the pasta bowl for our 9 yr. old was good.

Food is totally fine, service leaves something to be desired. I’ve ordered delivery and carry out from this location for years and recently the quality control has been slipping. The past few times I’ve ordered there has been something missing, they delivered to the wrong house (and got snippy when I requested a replacement), wrong toppings, and this most recent one is the bottle of soda I received was already opened and flat.

Dominos drivers are to take up to two deliveries at a time. My food was cold upon arrival. Half of my pizza was burnt. And my parm bites weren’t parm at all. Which could of been easily fixed or prevented by double checking your order in “quality check”. Then called the manager and he caught an attitude. I was unhappy with my order and could only eat three pieces which weren’t burnt. But tHaNks SooOoOO MuCh for giving me a refund after messing up my whole order after being rude over the phone… didn’t think it was a problem. Like bro… :/ it’s called customer service
