First time here, not happy and not coming back. Went for a late night meal and no napkins, no sauce, and no fork for my potatoes. My quesadilla had hardly anything in it and our grilled cheese burrito was burnt. Not worth it!!

feel ripped off after eating here. wife ordered extra me extra cheese on her nacho Bell grande. I don’t actually think they’ve added it or they have really reduced the amount that goes into it. I ordered two soft tacos and a steak quesadilla. between hers and mine cost $30 way too much.

Rip off! 60$ later with one drink. Smh. Machines Belgrade had half stale chips and half new chips. Barley any meat or cheese. Got tacos with tomatoes (4) as for no tomato, hair in the liquid cheese. 1 employee taking up a 4 top table while out family was standing there looking for a table to sit at. Smh. Casier waa nice and understanding

Went there for a late night snack when staying across the street. The service was super fast and hardly any traffic. Very clean and young staff was cool.

Not very impressed with my first visit to this taco bell. I usually go to the one on mission.
When I walked in there were 2 ladies ordering from the kiosk, I waited for a couple minutes but no one came to the counter and I decided to use the kiosk.
Wrong choice.
Much to confusing and instead of just adding each item to my cart it took me to another screen to add extra sauce or meat, swap sauces(of which there are too many ) and so on and so forth. It took me 3x as long to order on that because of all the options that I didn’t care about. Like I said though no one greeted me upon arrival so I thought they preferred I use the kiosk. Finally, AFTER I ordered and was standing waiting for my food, a lady asked if I had been helped. ♀️ She then proceeded to take the next 3 orders that walked in. Must have been on break.
Then the food: the fries were soggy and lukewarm and the cups didn’t look full. The chip bags were mostly full but lots of broken, small pieces like it was the bottom of the bag. The new recycleable sauce cups are great but made the sauce taste funny. Not sure if they leave it in there all day and one of them was mostly empty.
Will not be frequenting this particular location.
Staff is ok, didn’t interact much, but they did get the ladies order before me wrong. Can tell it’s not managed very well.

Our food was good – normal Taco Bell experience. However every table was sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked. The pop machine didn’t work and they had to get drinks from the back.

You are guaranteed to get the wrong order. They are absolutely professionals at being incompetent. Ordered two chicken cantina tacos, got two crispy crushed tacos. Took them in. They explained there was a crispy and a soft, okay. I would like my order with the soft. Thank you. He then returns with two soft tacos, not cantina chicken tacos. Just regular soft tacos. I guarantee you there are a lot of disappointed parents of children that work there.

This was the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to!! Not only was the food terrible but the seating area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even swept in days. Not only was there food on the tables, chair and floors but the staff were all to busy eating in the kitchen to notice customers waiting . Go to the other Taco Bell in town.

Tried the new franks/diablo fries. They were really good and was ready quickly, made hot and fresh. My fiance tried the franks/diablo tacos chicken and with beef. He enjoyed them both.

Very slow service AND they messed up our order we got 4 SUPREME chicken tacos (SUPREME = Sour cream and Tomato) be sure to sit at the window and check your bag and the ingredients on your food before you leave OR THEY COULD JUST DO THEIR SIMPLE JOB OF READING THE ORDER AND DOING IT RIGHT PS. my frustration comes from this place consistently being slow and incompetent If they want $15 THEY BETTER LEARN HOW TO READ!!!
