I been coming here for about a year and the pizza is good but the service is truly awful and even racist. As long as I have been going there I wondered why I rarely saw any black people in there. I only see elderly European Americans in there and I see why. When I go in there I get no recognition or acknowledgement but any older European Americans are given a warm welcome and pleasant conversation. I’m never eating here again as I don’t like my food served with a side of racism and hatred.

My experience was horrible. This is the first time I’ve ever experience this from them. I specifically asked for a pepperoni 24inch pizza. I got a cheese pizza. I also ordered spaghetti which comes with a salad. Of course no salad no silverware for the spaghetti and also no pepperoni. I don’t even eat cheese I take the cheese off and just eat the pepperoni and bread of the pizza so now I couldn’t even eat the pizza but guess what I get,”7 dollar credit when my order cost $60. Thankyou for ruining the New Year for me. I was told they were busy so no they cannot bring a pepperoni to the hospital which is on the same road.

The lady said to me when she gave me the 19.25 pizza be careful cause it’s hot after talking it off the oven in the back. Got home in 5 minutes the complete pizza was almost cold. Threw the pizza away I can’t stand cold pizza. They got me for 19.25 that’s cool though. I’m going to just go to Publix buy a frozen pizza for now on at least it will be hot and not a FAKE hot. Started to take it back but it wasn’t worth my time. Not going back ever. Also when you order pick up and they take it off that back oven make sure you check the trueness of the heat on the pizza cause they into that fake heat

I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo. It sucked. To be frank, IT WAS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. The sauce was like water bland and thin. The chicken was not seasoned or grilled and shaped like a tiny cube. I threw it away. My meatballs were also cold. Never again, I will only go to bizarros on beachside for now on.

Saturday night we stop into Bizzarro on Malabar road next to public. Greeted you when you walk in. Very friendly. Place was clean. Pizza slices are BIG and have the right crisp on the bottom. Actually able to fold the slices like we did in New York. The calzone was very good just felt it was small. The eggplant roll was freaking good. I also got the garlic knots, there where big, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, just right personal I would like a little more garlic. (I was starving and forgot to take a picture) I would definitely go back again. I like that it family owned and they came to check on us and ask us how everything was.

Got the tortellini Alfredo. Tasted exactly like the cook went to Publix next door for sauce. Grabbed Bertolli sauce and dumped it on a plate. Was extremely disappointed. Will definitely not be coming back. Service was ok no waitresses

Gave it a 4th try… first 3 I chalked my issues up to using grubhub instead of ordering directly with the restaurant. Wrong. They didn’t deliver one whole meal from my order. Driver did go back and get it, but had to wait an additional 40 minutes and by that time everyone else in my family was done eating. Then I opened the 12 dollar grilled chicken salad to find that it is slapped together and has COLD deli chicken as the grilled chicken. And the lettuce smells like plastic bag which means it wasnt washed. And the size is definitely not worth 12 dollars. Pizza was alright though, even if I didn’t get to eat. That salad went straight in the trash. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible experience and will not be back. I highly doubt anything will ever change at this point. I just decided to order 4 slices, and it looks like they just didn’t care, and it shows. After being being told 5 to 10 min I showed up and a OWNER or MANAGER was rudely yelling at 3 younger looking employees and one had to make an excuse after waiting over 45mins and the owner just made fun of whoever she was leaving in charge by saying they will forget everything and mess it up if she leaves. As I was standing right there. This company used to have high quality standards and morals. I just wonder how horrible if someone was having dinner with their family.
