The subs here are outstanding. I had the Italian Bomb Mama (or something like that ). It was HUGE and delicious. The macaroni salad was also great. Highly recommend.

Been wanting to try this sandwich place for a long time. Too bad I waited so long—it was delicious. Good service, fair pricing, clean shop with A100 rating and great sub special! We split the sub cause there was plenty. I love to support an all women family run business too. Give em a try you won’t be disappointed.

A very large cheeseburger, freshly grilled, was only $7.99. One of the best burgers too. Lots of tables and just overall had kind employees and great atmosphere. It would be a good place to have a reunion or small event.

Our favorite local sub shop!!!! We eat here almost every week and sometimes multiple times a week. The staff is always amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend. The gluten free bread is fantastic.

This place is truly awesome. Food was excellent. I had daily special of sausage, pepper, and onion sandwich. All cooked to perfect. I really enjoyed it. My daughter had a Cuban sandwich that outstanding. My son had a monster grilled cheese he could barely finish. My wife had probably the best item which was honey ham with gruyere cheese on a pretzel bun. It was off the charts good.
It was great to support a local restaurant who is just plugging along trying to get by in this new Corona virus world. So take out only couldn’t enjoy the great meal in such a beautifully decorated restaurant. Please visit if they are open. This place is a gem.

Stopped by again this place is excellent. Staff is so friendly. Food is great. We were back in Asheville and made trip to Waynesville. This was near the top of our list to visit again. Sandwiches are all great.

Stopped by again. Shop is under new ownership. They seemed nice. My daughter got the Cuban and still loved it. My wife got the salad, that was good, but small. I got the Italian cold cut bomb. It was cut old Subway style. The sub was smaller than I expected for “Bomb”. I knocked off a star because although all things tasted good, it wasn’t as good as before. I still think it is worth visiting. It is just not a must visit like before.

Been wanting to go there for several months and finally had the opportunity!! Got the Philly and the bread was perfectly soft, and the portions were more than fair. Not to mention, the flavors were incredible. As we waited for our sandwiches, we looked at every order that came out, and was impressed with portion sizes compare to prices. Everything was extremely fresh and i will definitely be going back again, very soon!! Thank you Sandwich Mamas for a great experience, great food and an awesome staff!

This place is a must try for anyone visiting Waynesville. I live in Asheville and plan my visits around going to Smoky Mountain Sub Shop. The ladies working behind the counter are wonderful the food is a solid 10/10. I have nothing but good things to say. Give it a try!

We tried the bistro burger, one of their special menu of July, and cheese pizza, both come out excellent, they have smoked Gouda cheese burgers that also amazing, that is also their special for July. And they have plenty options of hot sauces. Worth a price. Once you enter the shop, you will know right away that they serve good foods.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE food but even BETTER people/service!! Leah Sharp and Mandy Wilson were behind the counter and they were so friendly and positive!! Fantastic vibe and fresh food!! 5/5 hands down!! Ruben Wrap and the Chicken Salad (with Red Frank’s sauce that I added) Save time looking for a place to eat and and go straight here!
