Let me start with this. I door dashed taco bell (yes I know, I know I should’ve drove there I was tired from work) and the dasher delivered the food…. But the whole combo box was missing (shocker right). I call door dash and they were no help at all. Like I would’ve had better luck talking to a brick wall. But then, this angel of a woman came to my rescue. Shiquin (if I spelled it wrong I’m so so sorry) she told me if I drove up to Taco Bell she could get the order for me. Not only did I get an AMAZING greeting, I also got the box I was missing and some other items 🙂 . I literally could praise her the rest of my life. I always have a great experience at this store but this made me a forever loyal customer to this store. Managers if you’re seeing this PLEASE give her a raise she deserves it. She handled the situation so well, it wasn’t a 30 minute thing either it was from around 9:00pm-11:30pm. And Shiquin if you’re seeing this I hope you get everything you want in life. Thank you!! 🙂

I come here often and they never miss. Food is always fast and made correctly. The drive thru always runs efficiently. Last but not least, the service is GREAT. I’m always greeted warmly and they are so kind. I don’t even expect this level of service at a fast food place. Y’all are killing it. I’m honestly surprised at the other reviews… Must be some Karen’s. Anyways, thank you guys so much!

Service staff was very rude. Swearing at each other in the back. Playing. Watched one of the food makers in the back lock something off of his finger and then put it on someones taco to finish preparing it. Tried talking to manager on duty. She was rude . When I walked out she was shooting me a bird. Very unprofessional. Just need to shut that store down

I went to the drive-thru the other night. The girl running the drive-thru was very rude and very short and almost I could say that she threw my bag at me. She was on her phone and gave me the impression that I was bothering her. People need to learn what customer service is again

We went to Taco Bell through the drive thru and ordered our food. It was terrible! The employee kept saying, “is that all” after each item I ordered. Then as I told her what I wanted left off my food she said, ” Godlee”. The food wasn’t made right. My husband went in to get our money back. The manager was rude. She asked him what was wrong. When he went to tell her, she cut him off. Not once, but twice. She gave him our money back and shoved it in his hand. If I could I wouldn’t give them a star.

I ordered two Taco Bar take Home kits, and when I got home I didn’t have everything that was supposed to be in the kits. I was disappointed, but after calling and speaking to Blue (I hope I got that name right!) I was told if I would come back they would make it right. I drove back over and let them know that I had called, and they brought my food out to my car so I didn’t have to wait in the drive through line and even gave me some of their cinnamon desserts to make up for it. WONDERFUL customer service that I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!

Whatever crew was working late night on 7/18/25 was amazing! We where kindly greeted, food was fresh and hot! Was quickly put together. Never had a better experience than this at taco bell! Thank you so much.

⭐ 1-Star Review due to worker. 5 ⭐️ for food.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell, all involving the same cashier, Jamacia E. She is consistently rude, and today was no different.
At the drive-through, she cuts you off mid-sentence and snaps “Is that all?” before you’re even done ordering. Says after each item that you say. When I pulled up to the window, I had to lean all the way out of my door just to hand her my card, while she barely reached out a wrist’s length for it. She made zero effort to meet me halfway. She did the same thing handing my card and straws back—loosely passed them to me and dropped them.
When it came time to hand me my food, she again barely stuck her hand out of the window. I physically couldn’t reach it, so I said, “Can you come out further? I can’t reach you.” She rolled her eyes. I told her she’s always rude and this wasn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her. She denied it and walked away.
Another worker (possibly the manager) came to the window afterward, was very kind, and handed me everything properly. I appreciate them but this older cashier lady should not be dealing with the public. She acts like she hates her job and takes it out on customers.
This is not my first experience with her, and after checking reviews, it seems like others have had similar issues , likely with the same employee. Something needs to be done, because it’s unacceptable behavior. Especially for my favorite fast food place to eat – it makes me not even want to go there.
Food was good as always , customer service definitely was not. -1/10 for her.
I’ll start posting EVERY time she does and then maybe she will be removed.
