Every time I come here for a stroll, I will eat at this McDonald’s. The fried chicken strips are not golden yellow in color. I feel that the oil used is not good, or the oil has been used for a long time and is not changed frequently, so the fried chicken will be this color.

Wow what an experience!
The cashier was a silly goose and said you guys ran out of water. I think there was a language barrier. I only speak Croatian so my friend is writing this. She’s a polyglot and speaks 8923 languages. They only had sliced apples even tho I specifically requested the core :/
The doors are also really confusing so I’m warning you guys ahead of time to not enter through the exit door.
I am coming back for the water, but that’s it. Definitely not for Meg, or Henree, or Dylan, or Connie, or Shelli, or Luci, or Beth.

I have never been in a McDonald’s with such amazing customer service! The staff, especially Keith, are super friendly and helpful! They even deliver your food to your table and with a smile on their face! Then come back to check on you to see if you need anything! Hands down the best experience at McDonald’s I have ever had! I just wanted to share that Keith and Ana were very helpful Ana was doing a little bit of everything she took my order and proceeded to put it together very quickly and efficiently shes very hardworking and Keith made sure I was A Okay Constantly checking up on my table and everyone else asking if we had the proper condiments he thanked me for using the app and thanked me for stepping into the establishment I am very grateful for the both of them and best believe I will be back again for the both of them A Big big big thank you to the both of them they made my day better in every way

The food is not great its put together to get you out of the store as fast as they possible can. The fries are not crispy they are soggy, the 3 burgers were cold, the three 4 piece nugget The serviceis terrible i stood at the counter for 15 minutes and absolutely no one came to take my order so i sat down and ordered on the app. The guy waiting next to me it took him 30 minutes to get ice water… let me say that again ICE WATER!! Manager (I think his name was Keith) was so kind, thanking customers for coming in. Food was hot and all condiments (butter, syrup, ketchup and silverwear) were all on tray! (That NEVER happens!) 4 stars because the lobby was very cold and we were told that the heat wasnt working.

In Atlantic City near outlet mall. Great for reasonably priced beverages as they are grossly overpriced in the outlet stores.
Ordered 2 soft drinks with app and had to move to kiosk inside store because of malfunction. Had to get a number to put on our table. No problem. Then we waited 10 minutes. Never brought to our table. Then heard horrible yelling of our name and we had too go to counter to pick up our drinks. Horrible service that did not even follow their own process.

That McDonald’s bathroom was clean me and my partner food was very fresh. I ordered a snack wrap he ordered a big Mac. It’s been a while since I been there and the whole remodeling was pretty. The employees need to SMILE more
