Our server Tristan was amazing. Loved him. The memorabilia was very cool, nothing less than what you’d expect from a Hard Rock. The gift shop was well stocked. We purchased drumsticks(which we get from every hard rock we go to for my percussionist son), shot glass and magnet. $60+. Our food was great! Prompt, hot and delicious. We got the hot honey chicken sliders and nachos with grilled chicken added. I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fries. It came with pickles and coleslaw on it. Very yummo! I also ordered the strawberry basil lemonade very delish! Would definitely recommend going here and ask for Tristan!

This restaurant was amazing! staff, atmosphere, service, food, everything. We had a big party, and last minute asked to be all together, and the staff was so helpful and got us a room where we could sit altogether. shout out to thomas for helping us. The best part of our evening was our server, Tae. She was alert and quick, but also organized. She was so kind and helpful and took our orders efficiently with our huge party of 30 people! she separated checks, friendly with adults and the kids, brought us anything we need, and overall had a good energy and presence. Thank you so much Tae! And the food was top-tier. The smash burger and Nachos were amazing. Finally the atmosphere. This was my first time at a hard rock cafe and it will definitely not be my last! the only word i can use to describe it was cool. the art, the visuals, the layout of the seating, everything. Was served raw chicken. Manager came out, spoke with me, and gave me a free meal card but honestly, serving someone raw chicken is quite literally serving them poison, and that’s not an exaggeration. Every piece of chicken that comes out of any kitchen should be checked to ensure it’s cooked to temp.

The menu has very limited choices. I asked for a medium well steak only to get a medium rare. When I called the waitress, she immediately took the plate to fix my order. They only had green beans as a side vegetable option, no broccoli or any other kind. In addition to that, I’ve asked to replace the mashed potatoes with fries only to discover later that they charged me an extra $4 (in addition to the $36 charge for the steak). The waitress was again very nice and removed that charge for me. I Wasn’t impressed. Highly unlikely to visit again any time soon.

Atmosphere was enjoyable. Not super crowded, not overwhelming. The service was 5 star. All of the staff we interacted with were insanely friendly and accommodating. The food on the other hand. Out of our party of six, none of us enjoyed the food or ate more than half. The taste was just not good. The wings were burnt to being black, the burgers and pulled pork just had really off and odd flavor. My son had the cheese pizza from the kids menu. He only tried one small bite then refused to eat it. I tried it and couldn’t stomach swallowing the bite I took. I get it, its not a pizza place, but this was terrible tasting. The only good tasting things we had were the onion rings and french fries. Probably won’t return to this Hard Rock Cafe.

We went on a Friday night. We used OpenTable app and made res earlier in the week so we were seated right away. We kept our orders basic, pretzel app, burghers and grilled chicken pita. Ended with vanilla ice cream from desert. Food was tasty, no complaints. They had live music playing, she was very good. This hard rock is small. One floor. Not multi leveled in case you were looking for a larger experience. Waiter was very friendly, service was reasonable time. Prices were the norm for a Hard Rock. One app, Three entrees, 1 beer, 1 soda and a water about $100 before tip. We went for 630 reservation. Sparkle cup was over $40, which seems a lot. Sweatshirts at about $65.
