Thank you to there entire crew for dealing with even bad customers in a polite and on point way. I know how hard it is to work a pizza line on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s a whirlwind of a blur. ( Ex papa John’s employee)
So thank you and I will continue to get the usual. ❤️
I’m adding to this review about a month later!
I have not Gotten a call back from corporate….they could care less. Do not order pizza from this place, there’s other reviews stating the exact same thing!!!! corporate doesn’t return calls the “manager”, that was on duty, wouldn’t give me her name and told me to shut up THEN hung up on me!! UNREAL GROSS.
I placed an order at 7:26 PM through the app. During checkout, the app initially auto-filled the delivery address based on my current location (not where I wanted the pizza delivered). I corrected the address to my home address before submitting the order. Apparently the store received it with two addresses, which sounds like an app glitch (they even admitted to in the call), not something the customer should be blamed for.
The confirmation gave me a 30-minute estimated delivery time. At 8:06 PM (about 10 minutes past the estimate, which is reasonable), I called the store to check the status. The woman who answered (who also claimed to be the manager) told me they didn’t send the driver because there were two addresses and they “didn’t want their driver driving around aimlessly.” These addresses are 10 minutes apart and both inside their delivery zone, so that explanation already seemed questionable.
She also claimed they attempted to call me, but I had no missed calls, no voicemails, no texts, and no emails. The only update I found was an order cancellation email sent at 7:46 PM.
My bigger concern was that I had used a free pizza reward along with points I earned from previous purchases to place the order. When I asked how to recover those points and the reward, the “manager” spent more time explaining why it was supposedly my fault than actually helping resolve the issue. She must’ve explained the same accusations about three times stating that I wasn’t listening when I could very clearly comprehend what she was saying. She very explicitly stated “it’s your fault”. She then continued to tell me they would not compensate anything for the inconvenience, and that my points and reward might come back in a couple of days… but she couldn’t explain how or why.
At that point I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a free handout. I simply wanted help fixing a situation that was largely caused by an app error and poor communication or effort from the store. Instead, I got blame and zero effort towards a customer service resolution.
If this is how this franchise location handles problems, it raises serious questions about how they define “service.” When the only thing corporate seems to hold consistent across franchises is pizza quality, experiences like this make you wonder what other standards are being ignored.
I’ll think twice before ordering from this location again.
Not only was my entitled order cold, and much less than enjoyable-they also forgot 4 sauces that I paid extra to get… they didn’t offer anything as an apology at all. Honestly they didn’t even seem to care. I wish there were more dominos in the area, because this one has really ruined the customer experience for me. I’m a very disappointed customer, who will probably not order from them for a while…
Adding to this review. The review was made a month or more ago and no one even commented from there corporate. You made something that could have choked my kid. I know if my company I work for gets a complaint they are instantly addressing it but this corporation obviously does not care about someone’s food being cooked with plastic. Should contact a lawyer for the negligence.
