One of the best tacos around the place and the lady there is very friendly and nice. I love the food there but I was lost looking for the place, finally found inside the Valero gas station.

For 12 something after tax, you get 4 quesabirria tacos with consome! They are pretty good for a gas station’s tacos. In fact, 5 stars alone for that reason. They recently opened sometime around May 29th 2024, so maybe its that: but my 3 stars comes from the meat. some chunks were very chewy as if it was mainly fat, and the way they are given to you in the tray is in a weaving style of the tortillas- this weaving style makes the cheese melt and cause sticking to the other tortillas, so when you lift one, meat may fall out and then the shells break and weaken super fast. These quesabirrias are only made with 1 layer of corn tortilla. The consome was very very good and the wait was only 7 minutes. alot of onion and cilantro, more than meat that is. I would advice maybe a better quality meat to really make it a 5 star review.

Omg I got the 1 lb burrito I ate the whole thing standing up in the parking lot, I was making a lot of noise while I was eating it. It was so good, I even went back in just say how good it was,the lady was super sweet and really pretty, I’m just saying.

This little place is a hidden gem. It is in the Valero gas station, so no dine in but they make excellent tacos and it is super easy to pick up on the way home. Monica is always cheerful and serves you with a smile everytime. I highly recommend giving them a try. I am sure you will be back to visit again! You can also order on door dash and have it delivered if you don’t want to get it yourself.

Monica, the owner, and her daughter Tanya are the nicest ladies on the planet and the food is VERY good. We’ve never a bad meal there, and never will. It’s inside the Valero on Raytown Trafficway. Run, don’t walk. You won’t regret it. I promise.
