Inside the Edgewater Market. Great concept.
The sliders had the perfect Maillard crisp to them. The grill was properly seasoned. The beef I had was flavorful and fresh. The whole place was crazy busy and the staff was working hard. They still had time to joke and be friendly with customers, even though it wad obvious they had put in a hard day ( It was Lunar New year).
I had the bbq bacon it was excellent no one flavor overpowered any other. I knew what I was tasting.
Definitely go here and eat them fresh off the grill. You won’t be disappointed.

I love shishito peppers and they are not easy to come by in general. These are in all honesty some of the BEST I have ever had, they will be a staple for our next visits! Burger was great as well!

We ordered the slider trio and truffle fries! Fish slider was fresh and crispy. 2 beef sliders made from quality meat, juicy and flavorful! Decadent truffle fries tied it all together. Perfect snack after a great day of fishing! Thanks to Shawn and the young lady on the grill, see you guys soon!

This place has become our absolute favorite go-to place for burgers! Every burger we have gotten has been utterly delicious, the fries are to die for, and the service is top notch. Shawn and Luz are two of the nicest folks you will ever come across and they love their customers. We won’t go anywhere else now for burgers. It is a super convenient ordering experience – every place here has self ordering on a large tablet and it works great. We cannot recommend this place highly enough – would give 10 stars if we could!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sliders tried the original and capresse with a side truffle fries. The sliders were cooked well with typical ingredients and the buns soft. The fries could have been cooked a bit more.

Ordered the fig & goat cheese slider. Tried to be healthy by ordering a “side” of brussel sprouts. The side should be called shareables due to the size. Both tasted good but I really wish they had a smaller side size. I would have really preferred to order more then one small slider and not have enough sprouts for four people. I suggest getting the sliders and getting a side dish from a different restaurant there unless you have people to share these giant sides.

The food was absolutely amazing. The chef John created the best Sunday brunch me and my wife has ever eaten. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back and I encourage everyone visiting the area to check out Slideshow Sliders @ The Parlor.
