Man, wish entering and exiting were easier and they had more parking. Otherwise, great. Hot light comes on. Welcomed when enter. Offered a free hot donut. Buy some special donuts. Sugar overload but it’s a nice treat. So tragic they no longer carry lemon. Can’t find a dang lemon donut hardly anywhere!!! Please, bring it back.

This Krispy Kreme has one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered. They’re incredibly friendly and professional. To make the waiting time more enjoyable, they even offer hot, fresh doughnuts. However, one downside is the limited parking space. Sometimes, it’s challenging to find a spot.

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent visit to Krispy Kreme. The biggest issue wasn’t even the donuts. It was the overall experience, which felt poorly managed from start to finish.
The front entrance is extremely cramped and chaotic. Customers are forced to crowd together with no clear flow for ordering or pickup, which creates confusion and unnecessary tension. People were bumping into each other, and it was unclear where to stand or who was next. For a chain this established, the layout feels shockingly thoughtless.
Customer service was another major problem. Employees appeared irritated and uninterested in helping. Simple questions were met with curt responses, and the overall tone felt rude rather than professional. Instead of guiding customers through the process, staff acted like basic interaction was an inconvenience.
The atmosphere came across as disorganized and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you’d expect from a place known for comfort food. If you’re going to charge premium prices for donuts, the experience should at least feel pleasant.
Between the poor customer service, rude employees, and the overcrowded entrance, this location left a bad impression. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Got to stop and get you some. We dont have a Krispy Kreme near us in NY so I try to get them when ever we travel and them having thr joy fresh doughnuts makes them that much better. 6 doughnuts coated us about 12

My husband and I are big fans of Krispy Kreme, it’s always been our favorite spot although I have noticed that the interior could be a bit cleaner. The donuts can be inconsistent. sometimes they’re incredibly fresh, while other times they’re stale and don’t taste as great. I should mention that parking can be a bit challenging. The location could be more convenient, but it is what it is. The staff is generally friendly, though some can be a bit rude. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this place!

My review is definitely on the customer service because we all know them, hot donuts are the best. I wish I would’ve gotten the young girl’s name that was working the counter around 9am on Tuesday January 6. But it’s nice to get great service in Daytona because it doesn’t happen often. She is due for a raise.

Amazing buisness! The Donuts are out of this world, a ton of variety, and a great helpful staff! Very clean inside, and you see the donuts being made, so there’s nothing to worry about. Overall 10/10 experience, absolutely recommend.

Very disappointed( see the worst part below)…We stopped in yesterday 1/17/25 3pm, to find two ladies with zero personality behind the counter. Don’t they understand when a customer walks into a “happy place” like this feeling all good and ready to sink their teeth into a wonderful and amazing Krispy Kreme classic glazed donut the last thing they want to see is to “sad sac’s” taking your order. And it gets worse!
We took a 30 min drive just to see this? We drive to the ” Original” Krispy Kreme store with my 91 y/o dad who is a Krispy Kreme Maniac, he loves them so much and for as long as they have been around he makes sure find a store whereever he travels, buying dozens at a time. (Love to figure out how many donuts Just my dad has bought over his life span? Thousands). Needless to say he wasn’t impressed… But here’s probably the worst part they didn’t have any plain glazed ( see pic), the classic donut we all crave, imagine this? You tell me what you think? obtw this didn’t stop my dad, it was just a bump in the road for a Krispy Kreme Maniac like him, he still ordered a dozen!
